Veronia curled up in the quilt and didn't move. If Reiner couldn't hear her inner thoughts, he would have thought that she had turned against him.
It was evening now. Veroniya had reluctantly agreed at noon. After they were tired from playing, they hugged each other and fell asleep, and they have been sleeping until now.
She has been in this state since she woke up, and she doesn't know how to face Reiner.
"Big Potato, are you angry?" Reiner asked knowingly, poking the quilt with his finger.
After a few seconds, Veroniya's voice broke through, and she muttered: "Yes... It's unbelievable... You would treat me like this."
She said this, but she was not actually angry, she was just too shy.
Veroniya had no fewer weaknesses than Luminila. Perhaps because she usually suppressed herself too much, she did many things that let herself go during the game. After she came to her senses, she wished she could find a hole in the ground to crawl into.
Reiner poked the quilt again. This time, Veronia poked her head out slightly, looked at Reiner quietly without saying a word.
After a long time, she finally managed to say: "Reiner, you are too stupid."
Reiner confidently turned the tables and said, "It was you who insisted on calling me master, and now it's my fault!
You are the Queen of Elves, how could you possibly know such a mess? Compared to you, I am nothing but a small witch compared to a big witch..."
Veronia became furious the moment these words came out. Her face flushed, she grabbed Reiner's arm with one hand and hit his head with the other: "Stop talking!"
"Okay, okay, I won't say anymore." Reiner took the opportunity to get into the bed and gently hugged the beautiful big potato.
Veroniya quickly calmed down, and then she hugged Reiner tightly and whispered in a low voice: "Reiner, don't make me regret it..."
"Hmph, your high and mighty Queen, you don't want the other elves to know that you're calling me Master, do you?"
Veroniya became anxious again: "You...you still keep talking! I'll strangle you to death!"
After playing around for a while, Veronia felt tired again. She rested for a while and then stood up slightly, as if preparing to leave.
Reiner brought her back and whispered in her ear, "Stay with me a little longer."
"It's getting late. I have to work again tomorrow and need a good rest. Besides, it's time for you to go back, right?" Veronia gently grabbed Reiner's hand, her cheeks still burning.
"I'll take you back later."
"Okay, I'll listen to you."
Reiner nodded, his eyes falling on a certain spot on the bed sheet.
There was a conspicuous stain on the white bed sheet.
Veroniya noticed Reiner's gaze and stretched out her long legs to block it. Then she blushed and lowered her head and said, "I want to take the sheets away."
"What? Take it back for your collection?"
Veroniya was extremely embarrassed. She elbowed Reiner and then said angrily, "No!"
"Don't be angry, just teasing you. Big Potato is so cute." Reiner ruffled Veroniya's long, shiny hair and said softly, "Your hair is so beautiful."
"Well, it takes quite a while just to take care of this hair." Veroniya was a little absent-minded. After thinking for a moment, she turned back slightly and asked softly, "Reiner, will you always be good to me like this? I feel like I can't leave you anymore."
"Dang, you, the dignified Elf Queen, are you still afraid that I will leave you?"
Veronia muttered, "You're always full of sweet talk... I'm not sure what you're thinking. Although I'm busy as queen and can't be your wife, I'll try my best."
Reiner held her, pushed her gently onto the bed, and started to toss and turn with great interest again.
Veroniya nudged Reiner and blushed as she complained, "I'm going back soon. Isn't one afternoon enough?"
