Chapter 472 Wait Two More Years (2/2)

"I felt something was watching me, and then I realized the earth dragon couldn't break through the rock wall. I saw my dad use this kind of rock-reinforcing magic when he built a house, so I guessed they should be coming."

Nora nodded: "Smarter than your mother."

"Nonsense." Martina muttered with a pout.

Her eyes never left Anahita and Sadie; she was searching for a daughter-in-law.

Reiner nudged Hercules and raised an eyebrow. "Are these two your friends? Why don't you introduce them to Mom and Dad?"

Hector turned around and pointed at Anahita, introducing her seriously: "This is Anahita, a water magician from North Asia. I met her when I left the forest."

Then he pointed at Sadie and said, "This is Sadie, also from North Asia. I met her a few days ago. She was captured by a group of cultists. Anahita and I managed to rescue her, and then we followed the clues and found their base."

Reiner looked at Sadie.

The girl seemed to be in her twenties. She was a beautiful woman with two daggers on her waist and a slightly cold expression.

"Hello, I'm Reiner, Hector's father."

Anahita was very lively and cheerful. She looked at Reiner and asked in confusion, "Uncle? How come you look younger than Hercules?"

Reiner sighed and pretended to be distressed: "I can't help it, I have a baby face."

But Hector grew up really fast.

If he told others that he was ten years old, probably no one would believe him.

Sadie folded her arms and spoke slowly, "I remember the Emperor of Northgard's name was also Reiner."

Reiner said without hesitation: "It just happened to be my name. When I was born, Northgard hadn't even been established yet."

Martina also spoke: "I am Martina, Hector's mother."

Anahita looked at Martina with a hint of admiration in her eyes. "I often hear Hector mention you. He said you were a strict mother and that you taught him a lot about life."

Martina nodded: "I hope he can become an excellent fighter."

Nora also pointed at herself and introduced herself: "I am also Herotos's mother. Has he ever mentioned me to you?"

The two girls' eyes fell on Nora's cat ears.

Anahita continued, "I heard from Hector that he has a cat mother who loves to scare him since he was a child. Are you Mrs. Nora?"

Nora nodded: "It's me, but I don't like to scare people."

The horse girl narrowed her eyes and said, "Nonsense, Flora must have learned her pranks from you."

Nora punched Martina and said, "Nonsense, she's been like this since she was a child. Even if she learned it from someone else, it was from Laelis. I didn't teach her any of that nonsense."

Seeing that the two beast-eared girls were about to fight each other in public, Reiner looked up at the sky and quickly changed the subject: "It's getting late now, we should go back."

In fact, it’s only noon now...

Martina was slightly startled, then nodded obediently, and then continued: "Hectors, come home when you have time. Your father misses you."

"Um."

After hurriedly saying goodbye to the child, Reiner pulled the two of them towards the oasis they came from, and looked back at Hector and the others from time to time.

The two girls looked over here from time to time and whispered in Hercules' ears...

Nora looked at Reiner beside her and complained, "Your son inherited this, both the good and the bad. He's only been out for two months and already has two female companions..."

Reiner shrugged, "It looks like they're just ordinary friends."

Hercules was an honest child who only thought about eating and exercising every day. It was unlikely that he would look for a wife at such a young age.

Nora snorted softly and muttered, "Wait a couple more seconds and see..."
