Chapter 60 Little Lamb

Zhou Yi was no longer a lamb that the mother and daughter could manipulate; at this moment, Zhou Yi was more like a tiger that had just woken up.

He looked at her with a half-smile, knowing that if she dared to say no, Zhou Yi would slap her to death, but she was in excruciating pain all over her body.

Her will to survive made her bite her lip tightly, afraid that she would utter a single word.

Seeing this, Zhou Yi stood up with satisfaction. A red light flashed in his eyes as he looked at Su's mother, a murderous intent: "I'll leave this place to you."

"I need to see the results before I get home from school."

Butler Cao respectfully watched Zhou Yi leave the villa: "Young Master, don't worry, with me watching over things, nothing will go wrong."

After Zhou Yi left, he took several deep breaths to temporarily suppress his murderous intent.

He took out his phone and called his aunt.

Only when a concerned voice came from the other end did Zhou Yi ask, "Auntie, haven't those old guys been caught yet?"

"I'm wondering if the Zhou family has the ability to cover their tracks if I personally deal with them, mother and daughter."

After a few seconds of silence, the person on the other end said softly, "Don't let two clowns tarnish your reputation."

"Wait a little longer, Auntie will handle it."

"I've already found out that some of the old shareholders are investigating Su Qingjiao's past with you. I believe they'll make their move soon. When the year-end comes, they'll take them all down at once."

Zhou Yi calmed down and said in a deep voice, "I understand, Auntie."

It's only about a month away, and the New Year's Day celebrations will be here soon.

Once he has resolved the issues with the Zhou family and the Su mother and daughter, he will be able to focus all his energy on investigating Shen Bingyan.

Inside the villa at this moment.

After Zhou Yi left, Butler Cao changed his humble and respectful demeanor, turned around and shoved Su's mother, coldly giving her orders.

"Did you hear me, you old man! Get your room ready right now."

"I'm only giving you half an hour to do your personal things. Once you're done, get back to work."

The fact that Su's mother dared not refuse Zhou Yi does not mean that she was weak and would let others bully her.

Mrs. Su looked at Steward Cao with disdain and sneered, "You're nothing but a dog of the Zhou family, what are you barking about?"

"I'm not moving. Do you dare kick me out?"

"Even Zhou Yi didn't kick me out, do you dare!"

Upon hearing this, Butler Cao sneered, "Young Master hasn't given any orders, so I certainly wouldn't dare to kick you out."

"However, I must obey the young master's arrangements."

"If you're not going to tidy up, then I'll reluctantly tidy up for you."

"Oh...you don't need to thank me too much."

"After all, I'm an easy person to talk to."

Butler Cao immediately used the walkie-talkie to summon all the servants to gather in the living room on the first floor.

At the command of Steward Cao, the servants filed into the room of the Su mother and daughter.

They left behind the expensive designer bags and jewelry, took only the bedding and other items, sent someone to rummage through the trash for clothes, and used fertilizer bags specially obtained from the gardener for Su's mother to pack everything up.

"You, you, and all of you cannot do this!"

"If I had known you were this kind of people, I should have—"

Before she could utter the harsh words, Su's mother suddenly felt a weight on her shoulder. Turning her head to look, she saw a fertilizer bag suddenly placed on her shoulder.

The maid, who looked quite young, said to her with a grin, "I'm letting go now, you have to hold on tight yourself, the blanket is too big, I can't gag you."

"Just hold on tight and move to the basement yourself."

Su's mother was so angry she almost vomited blood, her eyes fixed on her, and on all of them.

“You all bully us orphans and widows.”

Butler Cao took out his phone from his pocket and said casually, "Time is running out."

"We're all wasting your time. If you don't hurry up, we'll have to deduct your salary."

Su's mother had tears in her eyes; she had never suffered such humiliation.

But she also knew that she couldn't fight against so many people, especially since there were dozens of them, and everyone was bullying and harassing her.

She could only reluctantly carry the sack on her shoulder and limp towards the basement.

Rows of luxury cars, some flashy and others understated and elegant, are parked in the underground garage. When the basement lights are turned on, the various colors of the luxury cars are almost blinding.

Su's mother walked to an inconspicuous little door, which was not locked, and turned the handle to open it.

A cloud of dust greeted us, along with the musty smell that lingered in the air, a smell that was perpetually shrouded in darkness.

Apart from the entrance where one can put their feet, the remaining five square meters are filled with various miscellaneous tools such as engine oil, tires, and brooms.

With less than ten minutes left, she needed to clear out all the clutter and then put all her and her daughter's belongings inside.

Seeing this scene, Su's mother had the urge to run herself to death in the basement.

But then again, it's better to live a miserable life than to die.

Thinking of this, she began to complain about her daughter again.

With a bang, Su's mother threw the fertilizer bag on the ground and took out her phone to call her daughter to complain.

The phone rang for a long time before being answered. Su's mother was already impatient, and as soon as the call connected, she couldn't wait to question him:

"Why did it take you so long to answer the phone? Is it because you saw it was my call and didn't want to answer?"

The bell had just rung to signal the end of get out of class when Su Qingjiao quickly answered the phone.

Hearing her mother's unpleasant tone, she quickly grabbed her phone and walked outside, covering her mouth with her hand as she softly replied, "Mom, I just finished class."

"Did someone make you angry?"
