Chapter 235: Dinner
After kicking several players into the clinic, Yin Xiu stood at the door of the clinic with a knife in his hand to prevent them from running out if they went crazy.
He held the dinner tray, stared at the players dimly, and asked coldly, "Why did you put medicine in my food?"
There was nothing wrong with Zhong Mu's meal, except for his, which had some medicine mixed in it. Plus, they had asked for his name before, so it was obviously aimed at him.
Several players looked at each other, not daring to say anything, and were a little hesitant.
Yin Xiu's eyes darkened slightly, and he turned the sharp sword in his hand slightly, threatening gloomily: "If you don't tell me, my sword will be blind in a while."
The players' faces turned pale, and they said in panic, "It was Empress Ye! It was Empress Ye who made us do this! She said we must give you some medicine. If you do, we can only start with the food!"
"Why do you insist on me taking medicine? Besides eating, do you have any other instructions?"
Facing Yin Xiu's cold gaze, they panicked and were at a loss. "No, no, we don't know why Empress Ye insisted on asking you to take the medicine, but she told us to do so. We don't know anything else!"
Yin Xiu didn't respond, but stared at them. The players looked panicked, but they didn't reveal anything more. It was likely that they really didn't know.
Estimating that the time was almost up, Yin Xiu ended the topic calmly, staring at them, waiting for the players to react abnormally.
Under the expressionless and silent gaze of this man, the players were already in a state of panic, but after a while, the panic was suddenly replaced by a more intense emotion.
Several players' pupils suddenly widened as if they had seen something terrifying, and even their breathing began to tremble.
“Walls, walls... and the ground... How... How has everything changed..." The players looked around in horror. The sudden distortion and bloodiness of the scene caught them off guard. They huddled together and trembled in fear.
Yin Xiu stood amidst the blood, raising his chin calmly, "Look at the bed over there."
Several players looked over and witnessed the patients who had been lying there peacefully just a moment ago suddenly open their eyes and begin to clumsily use knives and nails to tear the surface of their skin, mumbling in their sleep, dazed, and constantly staining the entire bed sheet with blood.
The horrifying scene left several players stunned. It only took a moment for the clean and tidy hospital to turn into a bloody and terrifying one. They rubbed their eyes and covered their ears, trying to resist the negative effects of the secondary symptoms, but to no avail.
"How is it? It feels good to transform into a weird thing, right?" Yin Xiu smiled faintly and talked to them while walking to the wall, tearing off the spirit level on the wall, crumpling it into a ball and stuffing it into his pocket.
"Turning into a monster?" The players widened their eyes in horror. They had never been to this clinic before and didn't know the connection between mental level and taking medicine. Now their heads were full of tinnitus, dizziness, and redness, as well as the world that suddenly changed before their eyes. All these confusions were enlightened by Yin Xiu's words "turning into a monster".
"Yes, the hospital you see must have become very scary, right? This is the perspective of a weirdo." Yin Xiu curled his lips slightly and said nonchalantly, "If you stay in this room for too long, you will become a weirdo, and you will soon no longer be a player."
The less information the other party has, the more natural Yin Xiu's lies will be. After all, the other party doesn't know what the secondary symptoms are, so they are likely to believe whatever he says. It's not surprising that he becomes weird.
"Turn into a monster?! No! I don't want to turn into a monster!" The players widened their eyes in horror, unable to bear this horrifying scene for a moment, and all wanted to run past Yin Xiu.
But everyone who ran to the door was kicked back coldly by Yin Xiu.
"Isn't it too late to run away now? Since you are so willing to work for Queen Ye, wouldn't it be more convenient after you become a monster?"
The players were all panicked. "No, no... We were only coerced by Queen Night. I don't want to become a monster!"
"Yes! Please let us out! We won't bother you again!"
"No, none of us will show up in front of you! I promise! So let's get out of here! We don't want to turn into monsters!"
They burst into tears, and Yin Xiu's eyes were cold. "You have become monsters now."
The players' hearts sank, but before they could get angry, Yin Xiu smiled again, "But if you want to change back, there are ways."
His smile instantly brightened the players' hearts, but only for a moment. The next second, Yin Xiu gloomily handed the plate of rice he had been holding to several people and said, "Eat this, and you will recover."
Several players stared blankly at the bloody and fleshy rice, all stunned.
Yin Xiu has been carrying it all the way, and the ultimate goal of the whole operation is to let them eat this meal?
"But... there is flesh and blood in the rice... When did you mix this stuff into the rice?" The players slowly retreated. They found it hard to accept eating this!
"To eat or not to eat?" Yin Xiu smiled slightly, not wanting to explain that the eyeballs they saw were actually medicine. He pretended to be serious and said, "Take it once and you will recover. If you don't take it, you will have to eat this every day from now on."
His silent threat made several players' faces turn pale. They were conflicted and hesitant, but with extremely ugly expressions, they finally stretched out their hands.
Painful whimpers and sounds of vomiting could be heard continuously from the clinic. A few minutes later, Yin Xiu walked out of the clinic refreshed. After treating several players, he felt much better. Now, looking at the bloody and mangled things around him was not so painful anymore.
"Brother Xiu, what are you doing?" Zhong Mu squatted at the door and heard the voice from inside. He secretly saw through the crack of the door that several players were lying there with ugly faces and looked like they had lost all hope in life. He couldn't help but feel curious.
"Nothing, I guess they won't dare to bother me again." Yin Xiu stretched lazily, yawned, and rubbed his aching temples.
It is indeed uncomfortable to continue to suffer from the secondary symptoms. Now that he has made others uncomfortable, he feels a little better, but the secondary symptoms of tinnitus and dizziness have lasted for a long time and are very uncomfortable.
Yin Xiu calculated the time and it was almost time to go back to his room to sleep. He patted Zhong Mu's shoulder and turned to walk towards his room. "Let's talk about it tomorrow. I'll go back and rest for a while. If there is any unexpected situation, use Butterfly to call me." M..
"Okay." Zhong Mu nodded and watched Yin Xiu leave.
He turned to look at the clinic, where several players lay weeping bitterly. They wanted to vomit, but dared not. They could only pound the ground in anger, "I shouldn't have agreed to Empress Ye's conditions! If I had known I would turn into a monster and eat flesh and eyeballs, I wouldn't have done this!"
"Oh, I really want to go back and give myself a slap in the face. Why did I agree to the prop deal with Queen Ye?"
Seeing that several players were a little autistic, Zhong Mu became even more puzzled.
Eyeballs? Where did Brother Xiu get his eyeballs?
