Just as Bai Qingnian's magic array was about to be broken by them, they seemed to sense some kind of summons and flew back, merging into two huge spheres that hung in mid-air like eyes, staring straight at them.
"We're back! That's great!" The disciples of the Beidou Sect breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing this, but their joy was short-lived.
Suddenly, I heard cracking sounds all around me, like the sound of bones being put together and moved.
"Oh no! We have to get out of here!"
Baili Qing frowned and reached out to grab Bai Qingnian's wrist, but before she could even touch Bai Qingnian...
Suddenly, a terrifying howl erupted from the passage behind them, followed by countless strange cries, like the groans of many people struggling in pain.
Baili Qing turned around abruptly, and Bai Qingnian and the other disciples of the Beidou Sect looked in the same direction.
The white bones on both sides of the stone wall suddenly came to life, crawled out of the wall, and pieced themselves together to form a giant skeletal monster.
The small blue insects in mid-air coalesced into two enormous spheres, flew into her eye sockets, and became her eyes. Her arms and body were made up of countless white bones.
--roar!
The skeleton monster suddenly let out a long howl.
Then it turned its head and looked directly at Bai Qingnian and the others. Soon it stretched out its withered white hand and reached out to grab them.
"Get out of the way!" Bai Qingnian shouted, immediately leaping to the side.
The others also quickly leaped aside to avoid the skeleton monster's attack.
"Yueci, are you alright?" Baili Qing asked with concern.
"I'm fine, Senior Sister Baili, let's head back first and then figure out how to deal with it!"
"good!"
"Everyone, let's go back!"
Baili Qing hurriedly instructed her sect disciples to return.
Bai Qingnian rose into the air, walking at the very back. He glanced back at the skeleton monster, but his gaze met that of the woman in black standing behind it.

Long Qianling was surprised that he would fly back. He looked up at the annoying skeleton monster, and then at Baili Qing and the others who had already flown far away.
The way the woman in purple looked at the little fox made her very uncomfortable, so she decided to let this thing 'take good care' of them.
Long Qianling raised her hand and tore open a gap. With another wave of her hand, she slapped the skeleton monster into the gap, and it disappeared.
Bai Qingnian was horrified when he saw this.
This woman is very strong!
With nothing and no one in the way, Long Qianling stood quietly in place, waiting for Bai Qingnian to approach.
She didn't want to expose herself, but unfortunately, the little fox still saw her.
Bai Qingnian landed six steps away from Long Qianling, looking at her coldly, "Did you lead us here?"

“Yes, kill them.” Long Qianling nodded.
"How could you just kill someone like that? There are still some things we haven't figured out yet." Bai Qingnian glared at her, and when he realized what he had done, he was stunned for a moment.
How could he make that expression at a complete stranger he just met...?
Seeing his troubled expression, Long Qianling almost burst out laughing, but she managed to hold it in.
After clearing his throat, Long Qianling asked, "What do you want to know? I know a little bit."
Upon hearing this, Bai Qingnian immediately asked, "Is she a member of the demon race? If so, what is she doing in the cultivation world?"
"Are you so nervous because you're afraid the demon realm is going to attack the cultivation world?"
"Of course!"
Seeing his adorable appearance, Long Qianling almost couldn't resist reaching out to touch his head, but thankfully she restrained herself.
