Two tall demon servants walked to Bai Fengfu's side and, upon receiving her command, reached out and pulled Zhiyan up.
"Father!"
Bai Qingnian reached out but couldn't grab Zhiyan. Enduring the excruciating pain, he got up and tried to stop her, but Bai Fengfu kicked him back to the ground.
"Ugh..." Bright red blood was spat onto the ground, like blooming blood flowers.
"Bai Shijiu, tell me, how exactly did you get entangled with that evil dragon?" Bai Fengfu looked down at Bai Qingnian.

Bai Qingnian looked up at her, his heart filled with mockery.
“She’s not an evil dragon! You’re the most detestable person in the entire demon realm!” Bai Qingnian retorted directly.
Since he was going to die anyway, he wasn't afraid of her anymore!
"No, no, it's all of you! You are hypocritical and selfish, willing to annihilate the dragon race for your own purposes."
What did Long Qianling do wrong? She just wanted to avenge her people.
"You are the ones who should be sealed away the most, the ones who should die the most!" Bai Qingnian once again got up from the ground in a sorry state, and the words he spoke were an equal attack on everyone present.
In order to make sure everyone could hear him, he even used his meager demonic power to amplify his voice.
"What evil dragon, what cruelty and inhumanity, what heinous sins—these are all labels you've imposed on her to cover up your own crimes."
If getting close to Long Qianling means becoming a traitorous demon, then I'd rather be a traitorous demon!
After Bai Qingnian finished speaking, he gave Bai Fengfu a smile, as if he were mocking her.

Bai Fengfu turned his head to look, and saw that the person who came was the Mermaid Empress (Jiang Huaiyi).
"Fox Emperor, don't rush to make a move," Jiang Huaiyi said, trying to stop him.
Bai Fengfu's face darkened, filled with displeasure. "What do you mean by this?"
"Fox Emperor, I know he is your descendant and has committed such a grave mistake, which makes you very angry. But if one dares to do this, there's no guarantee there won't be another. Why don't we summon all the clans tomorrow and deal with him in front of them?" Jiang Huaiyi stared at her intently, her eyes revealing a clear meaning.
This is to make an example of her.
However, Bai Fengfu thought her idea was very good. In order to prevent those reckless people from doing such things again, Bai Fengfu agreed to her idea.
Not killing him now doesn't mean we won't hurt him.
She remembered what he had just said.

Then, she slowly fell down and closed her eyes.

"Yes!" the demon servant responded, and quickly dragged Bai Qingnian and Zhiyan away.
Pulling her thoughts back, Bai Qingnian looked at Zhiyan on the ground and couldn't help but shed tears again.
"Great Black Dragon... I think I'm really about to die..."
Buzz!
Bai Qingnian felt a sudden darkness before her eyes, heard a buzzing sound in her ears, and then fainted again.
"Father..."
A faint child's voice rang in her ears, and Bai Qingnian suddenly opened her eyes, followed by a sharp pain in her stomach.
"It hurts so much..." Bai Qingnian's forehead was covered in fine sweat, and his already pale face became even more ashen.
Bai Qingnian was in so much pain that she couldn't even speak. She didn't know how long she had been in pain until she saw a white light fly out of her body.
The pain then subsided.
The white light fell to the ground and turned into a black egg the size of a bowl.
"Baby?!" Bai Qingnian was stunned when she saw the egg.
Bai Yaoguang said that dragon eggs need to be in gestation for five months before they can be born, but how come his cub was born in less than three months?
Could it be... because he was injured by Bai Fengfu?!
Bai Qingnian was right. He had been deeply injured by Bai Feng. If the dragon egg continued to stay in his body, it would absorb all his power. In order not to harm Bai Qingnian, the dragon egg had no choice but to force itself to be born.
