The millet was rendered until it released its oil, and its fragrant aroma filled the entire kitchen.
Xin Sui scooped out the rice water, let it cool, and carried it to the small nest.
I squatted down and fed the leopard spoonful by spoonful.
After finishing its meal, the leopard became sleepy and fell asleep in its den.
Xin Sui wiped the rice paste off its mouth, then gently got up and walked away.
I started preparing dinner.
This time, she really put in her best effort, making a whole table of delicious dishes that were perfect in color, aroma, and taste.

However, this time he did not rush to the food as impatiently as before. Instead, he crossed his arms and floated in mid-air with his left foot on top of his right.
Xin Sui looked at him strangely, "What's wrong with you?"
Xiao Ming turned his head away: "Hmph, you bad woman, you've abandoned me now that you have that stinky leopard, I don't want to eat your food!"
Xin Sui burst out laughing.
This immediately drew an angry glare from Xiaoming.
"Okay, okay, I was wrong. I shouldn't have neglected Xiaoming just because we have the little leopard."
She went over, scooped him up in her hands, kissed him on the head, and said softly, "I apologize to you, please forgive me, okay?"
Xiao Ming's face turned bright red, and he pretended to push her face away in disgust.
"Forget it, I'm magnanimous, I won't hold it against you."
Xin Sui suppressed a laugh and said, "Thank you."
Xiao Ming could no longer maintain his composure and headed straight for the food on the table.
Just as they were about to enjoy their meal, one of their legs was grabbed.
"Xiao Li, what are you doing?"
"Xuan Tu hasn't arrived yet. Could you please call him here for me?"
Xin Sui handed him a chicken leg, saying, "Please."
Xiao Ming, munching on a chicken leg, said, "Fine, I just can't do anything with you."
He went to call Xuantu, but Xuantu did not appear.
A whole table of dishes ended up in Xiaoming's stomach.
Xin Sui complained to the system: "Is Xuan Tu avoiding me because of that kiss that wasn't really a kiss?"
"I'm a woman and I don't care. I just treat it as a scene where I get bitten by a dog."
"Is he a grown man who's shy? The main villain isn't usually this shy, is he?"

Xin Sui: "..."
Not only did he not show up for dinner, but Xin Sui didn't even see Xuan Tu for the next two days.
Lying on the sofa, Xin Sui unconsciously stroked the leopard's fur, her mind filled with worry.
Xuan Tu isn't even showing up, how is she supposed to complete the mission?
With only three days left in the already limited time, her mission has made no progress whatsoever.
"Xiao Li, help me peel pine nuts."
Xiao Ming flew over, with a plate of pine nuts on his head.
He was a bit too rough, and the pine nuts were too small and brittle, so he accidentally crushed them.
After peeling for ages, he couldn't even get a single whole pine nut to eat.
Xin Sui took the plate and resignedly began peeling the meat for him.
Xiaoming pushed the leopard off her lap, took up half the space, and opened his mouth, waiting to be fed.
She peeled one and he ate it up with a babbling sound.
At this moment, Xuan Tu, who hadn't shown his face for two days, suddenly appeared at the door.
"Xiaoming, I need to go out for a bit, you—"
Xiaoming swallowed the pine nut and said without thinking, "I'm not going. I want to stay with Xiaoli."
Xuan Tu's gaze shattered for a moment, like a pebble being thrown into a cold lake.
He glanced at Xin Sui.
Xin Sui felt a chill run down her spine from his gaze, and her hand trembled, causing her to knock over a plate of pine nuts.
She didn't bother picking them up and asked, forcing herself to be brave, "Are you going out? How long will you be gone?"
If it takes more than three days, how can she complete her mission? It will simply fail.
Xuan Tu took a step forward and teleported to her. He didn't answer her question, but said in an unquestionable tone, "Pets are not allowed in the tower."
Xin Sui's heart skipped a beat, and she hugged Leopard tightly.
"Can't I even keep my pets in my own house? I've already paid rent, you have no right to interfere with what I keep."
"If you don't like leopards, I'll try my best to keep them out of your sight in the future."
Before she could finish speaking, she was suddenly lifted into the air by an invisible force and suspended in mid-air outside the tower.
Xin Sui was terrified, and the leopard in her arms cried out in unease.
She quickly hugged it tightly, afraid that it would slip from her hands.
If it falls, it will be smashed to pieces.
Xuan Tu stood at the edge of the white tower, his tone cold: "I'm not negotiating with you whether to throw this leopard down or I throw you all down together, it's one or the other."
Screw the "either/or" rule!
Xin Sui was filled with rage and wanted to roar at him, but when she opened her mouth, she was choked by the cold wind.
