The kitten went to the Independent Regiment base to find Huo Haocheng after the Xu family had all gone to sleep.
Because the base is full of men, and the training grounds are temporary structures that will need to be rebuilt after this mission, they are currently sharing a dormitory with bunk beds.
The kitten was taken aback when it came to Huo Haocheng. In order to attract the attention of others, it quietly landed on Huo Haocheng's pillow after hiding.

I sat up, looked around and saw that everyone else was asleep, so I thought I'd tiptoe out to talk to the kitten.

"I'm going to the bathroom, you can continue sleeping." Seeing Gu Jinghe turn his head to the side and close his eyes, Huo Haocheng thought that the shaking of the bed when he got up must have woken him up.
Hearing Huo Haocheng say that, Gu Jinghe fell asleep again with peace of mind.
After leaving the dormitory, Huo Haocheng didn't go far. He sat in the office next door with the kitten for a while.
"Why did you come here like this?"
After sitting down, Huo Haocheng poured himself a glass of water, and then used a bowl to pour some water into the kitten's bowl as well.

They waited and waited, their stomachs growling with hunger, but no one got up. The eldest son couldn't sit still any longer and, feeling a little worried, went to his parents' room.
