Chapter 128 Flowers, Perfumes and... (2/2)

"Ouyangguang, happy birthday! The next song I want to sing is "Courage" for you and for myself."

He suddenly opened his eyes and found Kim Ji-won standing on a small stage in the corner of the restaurant, holding a microphone in her hand, and background music slowly playing.

She... wants to sing? Or a Chinese song?

Ouyang Guang was stunned, his heart beating like a drum.

"I finally made this decision. I don't care what others say..."

Her pronunciation was not perfect, but she pronounced every word carefully. Her voice trembled slightly, but it was filled with firm emotion.

Ouyangguang stood up unconsciously and walked towards her.

"As long as you are equally sure, I am willing to follow you to the ends of the earth..."

She kept looking at him, her eyes filled with tenderness and tension.

"Love truly requires courage to face rumors..."

He walked up to her and looked at her quietly, with indescribable emotions surging in his chest.

How long did she practice? She must have practiced this song many times to get it right.

After the last note fell, Kim Ji-won put down the microphone, her breathing became a little unstable, and her cheeks were slightly flushed.

Ouyangguang looked at her deeply and said in a low voice: "Sister..."

She took a deep breath, her fingers tightly grasped the hem of her skirt, her voice trembling a little:

"You know what... I want to talk."

"We have always been on the show as an 'unmarried couple,' but today... is your 19th birthday, which is 18 years old according to Chinese algorithms, and is the day of adulthood."

"So, I hope that starting today, we can... truly enter into a 'couple' relationship."

Her voice became smaller and smaller, almost drowned out by the sound of the waves.

Ouyang Guang's heart was beating so fast that it almost burst out of his chest.

"In Korea, people usually receive three gifts for their coming-of-age ceremony - flowers, perfume, and..." Kim Ji-won looked at him nervously, as if waiting for him to respond.

Ouyang Guang suddenly smiled and whispered, "Kiss."

Then, he stretched out his fingers, gently touched his lips, and then slowly pressed his lips against hers.

Jin Zhiyuan opened his eyes wide, but the next second, he hugged her tightly.

After the hug, the two walked hand in hand on the beach, the fragrance of roses mixed with the sea breeze lingering around them.

"Nuna Chinese...when are you going to learn it?" Ouyang Guang asked softly.

"I practiced secretly." She lowered her head and smiled, "I practiced for a long time, but I still can't sing well..."

"It sounds good." He held her hand tightly, "Really."

Jin Zhiyuan looked up at him with a smile in her eyes: "Then...what is our relationship now?"

Ouyangguang stopped and looked at her seriously: "Couple."

She smiled and leaned on his shoulder.

The last shot of the show was of the two of them sitting on the rocks by the sea. Ouyang Guang took off his blue denim shirt and jacket and held it up to block their heads.

The roses were placed beside him, and the sound of the waves drowned out the sound.

No one knows what they do under their shirts.

This scene has become an eternal mystery for fans of "Light Source CP".

When the last camera of the program crew went out, Kim Ji-won's fingers were still curled in Ouyang Guang's palm.

She looked down at the oversized men's jacket she was wearing. The cuffs of the jacket hung down to cover half of the back of her hand, leaving a lingering scent of sea salt and cedar perfume.

When the night wind blew the strands of hair by her ears, Ouyang Guang had already reached out and straightened her collar.

As the nanny van pulled away from the coastline, Kim Ji-won realized her fingers were still held in Ouyangguang's palm. The production crew's cameras had long since been turned off, but her heartbeat continued at the same pace as during filming, causing pain in her eardrums. She unconsciously circled the base of Ouyangguang's left hand with her thumb, where a small mole lay.

When the nanny car stopped downstairs of Kim Ji-won's apartment, Ouyang Guang's fingers were still gently clasped on hers, and neither of them showed any intention of letting go first.

"We're here." The agent glanced through the rearview mirror and said with a hint of teasing, "Do you want help carrying something?"

Jin Zhiyuan finally came back to her senses, her cheeks slightly hot, and she quickly shook her head: "No, thank you."

Ouyangguang got out first and walked around to the other side to open the door for her. The night breeze was cool, and Jin Zhiyuan subconsciously pulled his blue jacket closer. The scent of roses lingered between them.

"I'll take you upstairs." His voice was soft, but it brooked no refusal.

The elevator was very quiet, with only the subtle hum of the machinery running, and the shadows of the two people overlapped on the mirrored wall.

Kim Ji-won stared at the constantly jumping floor numbers, her heartbeat rising with them. She could feel Ouyang Guang's gaze on the side of her face, so hot that it almost burned her skin.

The scent of roses mixed with the perfume on their bodies lingered faintly at the tip of their noses.

Ouyang Guang's Adam's apple rolled slightly, and his eyes unconsciously fell on the profile of Jin Zhiyuan. Her eyelashes were very long, casting a small shadow under the light.

With a "ding" sound, the elevator door opened.

The door slowly opened, and the light from the corridor poured in, illuminating the subtle distance between the two of them.

Kim Ji-won walked out of the elevator, followed closely by Ouyang Guang. She stopped in front of the door and looked for her key, her fingers trembling.

"I'm here..." she whispered softly, her voice sounding soft, as if filled with some kind of expectation, but also as if she was shy.

Ouyangguang stood behind her, his breath gently brushing her hair.

"Yeah." He responded, his voice slightly hoarse.

Kim Ji-won took out her key, her fingertips trembling slightly as she inserted it several times before finally aligning it with the keyhole. The moment the door opened, warm yellow light poured out, illuminating a small area of the floor in the entrance hall.

"Come in." She stepped aside, her voice so soft that it was almost inaudible.

Ouyangguang followed her in and closed the door.

The door slowly opened, and the light from the corridor poured in, illuminating the subtle distance between the two of them.

Kim Ji-won walked out of the elevator, followed closely by Ouyang Guang. She stopped in front of the door and looked for her key, her fingers trembling.
