"Ha, I can't guess any of these." Park Chanyeol carefully opened the first paper bag and took out a shirt from it, a uniquely designed tiger-print hooded sweatshirt with an open chest.
He picked it up and turned it over, his face showing a complex expression of surprise, joy, and distress.
What surprised him was the design of the clothes: "I often buy hats from this brand, and my phone case is also from this brand," he said, pointing to the brand logo on the clothes, "It's really cute."
The dilemma lies in guessing the owner: "So I don't want to miss out." This means he likes the gift and is afraid of guessing wrong and not receiving it.
This distinctive hoodie immediately sparked speculation on the second floor.
"I think this was given by Tao?" Byun Baekhyun stared at the screen and was the first to comment.
On the third floor, Chanyeol stared at the clothes, racking his brains. He scratched his head, looking pained. "Ugh, this is driving me crazy! I'm not that kind of person," he said, first denying that it was his usual style. "It must be a member of Team M."
He narrowed down his search, his eyes scanning his mind for the faces and possible preferences of the M team members. "CHEN!" he finally called out Kim Jongdae's name.
Kim Jongdae, who was called out, smiled silently behind the monitor screen on the second floor.
Chanyeol received a positive reply from the PD: "You got it right!"
"Ah! I knew it was you!" Chanyeol immediately waved the tiger-print hoodie excitedly.
It turns out that this is the hat that Kim Jongdae and Byun Baekhyun bought during the day at that magical hat shop, where at least two-thirds of the members went.
At the time, the two were attracted by all sorts of novelties, and they both took a liking to this set of pajamas. Jongdae bought the top, and Baekhyun bought the pants.
When Chanyeol guessed Jongdae's gift correctly, the members in the waiting room on the second floor clapped and cheered, creating a lively atmosphere.
"Did someone write something for him in front of him, using a sketchbook?" Kim Junmyeon looked like he didn't believe it, suspecting that Chanyeol had received a hint from outside the venue, and even gestured with his hand as if he was holding up a sketchbook.
"Congratulations, Chanyeol." Kris Wu remained calm and sent his congratulations to the screen.
“I think it was written in a sketchbook.” Kim Junmyeon persisted in his opinion, which made the other members laugh.
"No way," Kim Jongin said with a smile, defending Chanyeol.
"Memorize the names." Kim Junmyeon continued muttering, meaning that the PD definitely wanted Chanyeol to recite the names from the sketchbook.
The joy of guessing the first gift correctly greatly encouraged Chanyeol. He carefully folded the tiger-print hoodie, put it back in the shopping bag, and solemnly placed the bag on the sofa behind him.
His gaze returned to the long table, where four of the remaining eleven gifts were identical shopping bags.
“Ah.” He raised an eyebrow, and without making any special selections, picked up the fourth bag from the left.
However, the moment he opened the bag and saw the contents, he seemed to freeze in place, as if a pause button had been pressed.
His expression changed from curiosity to extreme surprise, followed by a mixture of amusement and exasperation.
The scene from earlier that day flashed through his mind instantly. Wasn't this the hat shop where he and Sehun tried on the children's size hats with fluffy wolf ears, and the comical scene of them not being able to fit into them?
"This bag looks like mine." On the second floor, Kim Minseok looked at the ordinary shopping bag and said thoughtfully.
On the third floor, Chanyeol had already taken out the hat, held it in his hand, and said to the camera, "It's still our wolf-shaped hat."
