Having guessed the wrong owner of the second hat, Chanyeol said somewhat embarrassedly to the camera, "I'm sorry, I don't know who it is."
He took off the fluffy wolf hat, put his original hat back on, and muttered, "I'm so envious, I'm going crazy."
Chanyeol stood up, bent over, and the more he thought about it, the more he felt he had been misled. He couldn't help but vent his anger: "Why did you have to be with someone who looks almost the same as me? I'm in a bad mood." He complained about Luhan, who was innocently dragged into the mess, blaming him for wearing a similar style during the day, which had clouded his judgment.
After composing himself, Chanyeol refocused on the gifts: "Next gift." He picked up a shopping bag that looked similar to the one that had contained the wolf hat, and while unpacking it, he deliberately complained, "I'm getting angry. I thought they were all for me, but they're so cold-hearted." He was referring to the cruel rule that if you guessed wrong, you couldn't take it.
Unpacking revealed another hat inside—a classic Lei Feng hat with a chestnut plaid pattern.
“Okay, I got it.” Chanyeol’s eyes lit up, as if he had found a clue. “This was when I was with Kai and Sehun.” He remembered that he had indeed shown interest in this type of hat when he was in the hat shop with the two maknaes during the day.
"No." On the second floor, Wu Sehun slowly denied it to the screen, a smile playing on his lips.
Chanyeol continued his reasoning: "I said I liked this hat." He remembered that he had indeed said he liked this kind of fluffy hat.
"Well done." A member on the second floor whispered, it was unclear whether he was praising his good memory or something else.
"Oh, another hat? Oh, I'm so glad I didn't buy that." Kim Jongdae looked at the screen, exclaimed "Wow!", and was glad he hadn't bought the same one.
"I was originally going to buy that one," Byun Baekhyun joined the discussion. "Didn't Chanyeol have that one?"
“There are similar ones,” Kim Junmyeon confirmed, knowing that Chanyeol had a similar model.
On the third floor, Chanyeol couldn't wait to put on the chestnut-colored Lei Feng hat, casually throwing his old hat on the ground and announcing, "I might cry if I miss this." His fickle taste was quite obvious.
"It looks very suitable, very suitable." Kim Jongdae began his live commentary.
On the screen, Chanyeol, wearing a new hat, covered his face and fell into deep thought, remaining motionless.
"Is this a still image? Is this a still image?" Kim Junmyeon looked at the screen and couldn't help but complain.
After a long while, Chanyeol raised his head, a bitter and conflicted smile on his face: "Ah, isn't this too cruel?" He felt like he was about to suffer from decision paralysis.
"It seems like he can't guess right even once." Kim Jong-in commented sharply.
"Is this Kyungsoo's?" Kim Jongdae looked at Do Kyungsoo, who was sitting quietly beside him. Do Kyungsoo simply opened his round eyes wide and looked at Jongdae innocently, without saying a word.
At that moment, Chanyeol's voice came from the monitor: "It's either Kai or Sehun, right?" He was still fixated on the two people who were present during the day.
"No, neither of them!" Kim Jongin shouted immediately from the second floor, but unfortunately Chanyeol couldn't hear him.
"Who is it?" Kim Jongdae turned around and asked Kim Jongin, looking curious about who the real buyer was.
Chanyeol, as if sensing something, noticed the PD's expression and changed his tune, saying, "It might not be either of them, it seems not. Then, it might be D.O." He remembered something, "Because I talked about the fluffy hat in the dorm not long ago." He felt that D.O. might have silently remembered it.
"No, it's not." The eldest brother, Kim Minseok, muttered softly, wondering why he couldn't guess who it was.
"I'm about to cry." Kim Jongin looked at Chanyeol's conflicted expression and felt both amused and sympathetic.
"What DO?" one of the members muttered.
Chanyeol was at his wit's end and looked at the PD with pleading eyes: "Can't you give me a little hint?" The PD remained silent.
He had no choice but to keep guessing, expanding the scope: "It's K, it seems to be K." He guessed it might be a member of Team K.
The PD remained silent. Chanyeol lowered his head in frustration, covered his mouth with his fist, and fell into deep distress.
"You have to get it right at least once, just once." Even Kim Junmyeon downstairs couldn't stand it anymore and couldn't help but complain.
