You knocked on that door.
"Here it is! Who is it?"
Surprisingly, your cousin opened the door, and her bright, sunny face lit up with an even bigger smile the moment she saw you.
"Sister, what brings you here? Oh dear, why didn't you tell me beforehand? Did your husband send you?" she said, glancing outside.
You observe her innocent and harmless face, "You did this on purpose, didn't you?"
My cousin didn't seem surprised at all by your question. She giggled and said, "Sister, how can you say that to me? You should cherish a good man like your brother-in-law."
You can probably guess why she treated you this way. She probably heard about your recent situation from somewhere and wondered how someone as lowly as you could possibly survive such a desperate situation.
You smiled and said, "Thank you, little sister."
She laughed too, "That's right, you should live a good life with your brother-in-law..."
She shut her chattering mouth and stared at you with wide eyes.
Blood gushing from her neck splattered all over you, and she frantically tried to cover the blood gushing out like a fountain.
Of course, it wouldn't help, because you know best where a person's major artery is, and you've thought about cutting yourself countless times.
She finally collapsed to the ground from excessive blood loss. You kicked her aside, treating her like trash, just like they had treated you countless times.
Dad didn't hear anything and came out of the house. "What's wrong?"

She grinned, her mouth stained with blood, her eyes filled with hatred, mockery, and a complex mix of emotions.
"I didn't even glance at your grandmother when she turned into that horrible old hag. Deep down, you don't want to admit that you're like me, right? That's why you came back when you heard I was seriously ill—because you wanted to prove you're different from me. But what can you do? You look like me, and you have the same personality. I'm a rotten person, and so are you now. Your life is ruined!"
After your mother finished speaking, she opened her eyes and died.
You stand here amidst the blood, raising that knife.
Do you want to end your own life?
Blood is thicker than water, yet they used a knife stained with their blood to slit their own arteries...

You threw away the knife and walked out of the room.
They walked faster and faster, running through the snow, leaving behind bloody footprints.

God took everything from you, but forgot that you still had the courage to start over.
It said with a hint of excitement, "Your courage and boldness are rare in this world. I want this from you. How about it? Want to make a deal?"
You hear what sounds like police sirens in the distance.
It continues to tempt you, "You've made such a commotion, the police are about to catch you, and according to my calculations, you could very well be sentenced to death. What do you think?"
You look up with a smile, "Why not?"
Your hand reaches out towards the ball of light that's floating towards you.
