As soon as Su Jin placed her hand on the doorknob, the entire door seemed to be violently struck by something, shaking three times.
Hehe one by one
The sound outside the door sounded exactly like the screams of zombies in a zombie movie.
"It looks pretty convincing..."
Su Jin silently withdrew her hand.
Looking at the room, it's basically a closed space with a window that seems to lead somewhere, but it appears to be the only exit.
Su Jin stepped onto the table and leaned half her body out.
What are you doing?
Su Jin looked up awkwardly, and Shen Yanxiu blinked his innocent eyes. "Why don't you go out through the door?"
Even so, he still bent down and reached out to help Su Jin crawl out.
Su Jin straightened her clothes and said nonchalantly, "I just don't like using doors."
She realized they were in a corridor. There were no strange noises, but no one else was around.
"We need to look for other people."
I don't know how long this house has been abandoned. Not a single window in sight is intact; it's all dilapidated, and even the plaster on the walls has almost completely peeled off.
Shen Yanxiu followed beside her, saying, "I'll listen to you."
As they reached the stairs, the strange sound rang out again.
Hehe one by one
Even though she knew it was fake, Su Jin got goosebumps all over.
The two of them originally intended to ignore the sound and go straight downstairs.
The director clearly didn't want them to have it so easy.
He instructed over the walkie-talkie, "Actors, go on stage."
Suddenly, a figure covered in blood, with completely white eyes, multiple bruises, and even visible bones rushed out in front of Su Jin and Shen Yanxiu.
The man opened his mouth and roared at them, then lunged at them to bite them.
"Run!"
[Holy crap, why the close-up? That was a huge shock!]
I have to say, the makeup really does look identical.
[Even scarier than some zombie movies]
They're really willing to spend a fortune to turn around their reputation.
Su Jin scrambled up to the next floor, opened a door, and rushed inside.
Chen Yanxiu followed closely behind.
The zombie crashed into the door with a loud thud.
Su Jin was afraid that the dilapidated building would fall apart because of the impact.
The door was hit a few times, then fell silent.
Su Jin said with lingering fear, "We didn't even know there was a real one mixed in here, it's just too similar."
Shen Yanxiu whispered, "What do we do now?"
A voice came from the other side of the wall, "Is anyone there?"
"who?"
"It's me! It's me!"
Ye Shuwei exclaimed excitedly, "Finally, there's a living person here!"
Su Jin cautiously opened the door, and the door to the next room opened.
Ye Shuwei's tear-streaked face appeared on the camera.
"Waaaaah, you have no idea... It was terrifying! I'll never do a variety show like this again, I'd rather die than do one!"
She thought it was just a joke to amuse the children, but when she opened the door without warning, she was met with a zombie face.
Ye Shuwei was so frightened that she screamed, then huddled pitifully and helplessly in the corner of the room.
Su Jin hesitated, then said, "You... this eyeliner isn't waterproof."
A dark ring appeared under her eyes.
Ye Shuwei angrily wiped her face. "Even my spies are going against me. It's one thing for the world not to revolve around me, but what's with making me run around like a puppet?"
So... this is Ye Shuwei's true nature?
If I were as unlucky as her, I would have been just as devastated.
[You seem similar to me. On the surface, you're lazy and easygoing, getting along well with everyone, but in reality, you plan ten steps ahead for every one you take. Your meticulousness far surpasses that of your peers. I'm never short of ruthless methods and a compassionate heart. Can you handle me? Hehe]
What are you mumbling about?
The three of them looked at each other in bewilderment.
"So, shouldn't we go out now, before there are any zombies outside?"
Ye Shuwei shook her head violently, "No, no, it's too scary."
The putrid smell was just like the real thing.
Su Jin was silent for a moment, then said, "How about this, Shen Yanxiu and I will go out, and you can stay here?"
Ye Shuwei pulled her arm and leaned against her, whispering, "No, I'll go with you."
Shen Yanxiu looked at their intimate manner and felt a little envious.
If he were a girl, could he act cute and affectionate like that towards her?
Su Jin volunteered to go first and opened the door.
Someone tugged at her sleeve, and Su Jin turned around.
Shen Yanxiu's eyes lit up. "Stand behind me."
"OK."
He watched Su Jin slowly walk up behind him, and a sweet feeling rose in his heart.
And so, I carefully savored the stolen happiness.
The three of them walked lightly and cautiously forward.
Once bitten, twice shy; every time Ye Shuwei passed a corner, she would raise her gun, ready to fight at any moment.
"Don't be so tense. These are all staff members. Don't let them actually kill you," Su Jin kindly advised.
The crew and director behind the scenes all wiped away their sweat.
"Ah! One by one!"
A piercing scream ripped through the sky.
The three rushed towards the source of the sound, and Lin Shi ran behind Su Jin, crying, "Bestie, save me!"
A strangely shaped zombie twisted and turned, spitting out thick blood, before suddenly crouching down and crawling.
Su Jin immediately fired her gun, spraying out colored powder, and the zombie fell down.
"Oh, so it's a zombie from the dance department."
Lin Shi hugged Su Jin and wailed, "I finally found you! Do you know how much I've suffered without you here!"
Su Jin rolled her eyes with great restraint. "Director, can this gun also shoot humans? Can I kill her with one shot?"
