Xu Yanshu frowned impatiently and replied without hesitation, "I don't have time, please don't call again!"
Now that he already believes Zhou Zehao's story, why bother trying to get close to her? The more she acts this way, the more Zhou Zehao will relentlessly find fault with her.
Recalling the way Zhou Shengyu looked at her at the restaurant last time, Xu Yanshu felt as if she had a fishbone stuck in her throat, and the emotions in her eyes became much calmer.

"Look at you, our backyard is so big, why did you have to come all the way here to sunbathe?"
"I can't really explain why, maybe it's because when I was pregnant, the little one in my belly would only stay quiet when I was sitting here!"
Shen Wei turned around and smiled gently at Zhou Shengyu. She spoke to herself, then changed the subject, "Who were you calling just now? If there's something going on at the company, you should go and take care of it."
“It’s not a company matter,” Zhou Shengyu replied good-naturedly, picking up a shawl from the side and draping it over Shen Wei. “It’s about a young man I met in Kyoto who’s started a business in Chengdu.”
“We had a small misunderstanding before, and I originally wanted to meet with them to talk things out in person, but unfortunately they were unwilling to see me at all.”
As he spoke, Zhou Shengyu couldn't help but sigh again.
It's all his fault. He just listened to Xiao Hao's casual remark and developed a prejudice against Xu Yanshu, even making sarcastic remarks. No wonder Xu Yanshu doesn't want to talk to him now.

Watching the elderly couple's warm and loving interaction, Xu Yanshu unconsciously curled his lips, a hint of envy showing in his eyes.

"Luckily, he caught me in time and gave me a piece of candy back. He looked about the same age as Xiao Hao."
Upon hearing that the other person had almost fainted, Zhou Shengyu's expression immediately changed, and he quickly asked, "Are you alright? I've never heard you mention it before."
"If I had something to do, would I still be able to sit here and talk to you peacefully?" Unexpectedly, the other person reacted so strongly that Shen Wei was somewhat amused and exasperated. She then murmured to herself, "Don't worry,"
"I will definitely do my best to take good care of my health, and I must stay alive to wait for my son to come back."

"Mr. Xu, I'm downstairs at your studio. There's a package here that you need to sign for."
Express delivery?

So it was this girl.
Xu Yanshu suddenly realized what was going on when he heard this. Then, seeing the suitcase next to Sheng Yi, he understood that the other party had come straight here after getting off the plane, and he couldn't help but feel a little moved.
He rushed forward, saying, "Why didn't you tell me beforehand? If I had known, I would have picked you up from the airport!"
