late at night
While tossing and turning, Xu Yanshu suddenly couldn't control his emotions. He grabbed his car keys, went out the door, and drove straight to the Ouyang residence.

Upon arriving, Xu Yanshu belatedly realized that he had acted too impulsively. Seeing the faint light coming from the room upstairs, he thought that it was already so late and Shengyi was probably asleep.
