Mr. Lu walked over and said to the nurse, "I'll go with you." As he said that, he looked at his little grandson in the nurse's arms, feeling very happy.
The nurse nodded and then carried the baby to the blue light room.
Mother Jiang was happy when she saw her little grandson in the nurse's arms, but she had to wait for her daughter to come out and see that she was okay before she could feel at ease. Her daughter was the most important person in the world.
Lu Jingshen had long forgotten about his son and was looking at the operating room door with a serious look.

Grandpa Lu stood outside, looking at his little grandson through the glass with a satisfied smile on his face. His little grandson was humming and wearing a small eye mask, looking at the blue light.
The nurse came out, looked at Mr. Lu, and explained, "Mr. Lu, please sit in the chair and wait for a while. The scan will last two hours today, and then you will be sent back to the ward and continue tomorrow."
Mr. Lu, leaning on his cane, asked worriedly, "Is it serious? Jaundice?"
The nurse smiled and said, "It's not serious. It will go away slowly after a few days."
Mr. Lu nodded and said, "Okay, you go ahead and do your work. I'll watch from here."
The nurse nodded and left.
In the single ward, Lu Jingshen looked at the sleepy little girl on the bed and gently held her hand that was not receiving an IV.
While the nurse was out, Mother Jiang held the nurse's hand and asked about her daughter's condition in detail. Only after she was sure that she was fine did she relax. She also asked which department the blue light baby exam was, as she had to go see her grandson.
Afterwards, Jiang's mother asked for the location, returned to the ward, glanced at her daughter, and whispered to her son-in-law, "Depth of Field, you should relax too. The doctor said Wan Ning is fine. You stay here to look after Wan Ning, and I'll go see the child."
Lu Jingshen nodded, watched Jiang Ma close the door and leave, then looked at the little girl, and his heart slowly calmed down.
Mother Jiang went to the blue light room and saw Mr. Lu leaning on his crutches, looking inside through the glass, motionless and with a smile on his face.
Walking over, she saw her little grandson and said with a smile, "Grandpa Lu, don't always stand. Find a chair and sit for a while."
Mr. Lu looked at Mother Jiang and smiled, "Why am I so tired? I should also thank Wan Ning for giving our Lu family another grandson. How is Wan Ning? Is she okay?"
Mr. Lu thought Wan Ning didn't have any serious problems, she was just tired, and he didn't know about her later illness.
Jiang Ma was fine, so she stopped worrying and said, "It's no big deal."
Mr. Lu smiled and nodded.
It was not until the evening that Jiang Wanning woke up in a daze and saw Lu Jingshen sitting in a chair looking at her.
She looked at him, smiled slightly, and said in a weak and hoarse voice: "Did you see the baby?" After she gave birth, she fell asleep for some reason.
Lu Jingshen held her hand and said softly, "I saw it. Do you feel uncomfortable?"
Jiang Wanning shook her head and looked for her baby in the house.
Lu Jingshen stood up, leaned forward, and said softly, "Mom and Dad are watching in the nursery. They're afraid that he'll cry and disturb you. Are you hungry? Do you want something to drink?"
Jiang Wanning nodded with bright eyes and said, "I want to see the baby."
Lu Jingshen bent down and kissed her forehead, touched her hair, and went to the nursery next door.
Then Jiang's mom and dad came out pushing the crib.
Mr. Lu is old. He watched his grandson take the blue light treatment, then watched for a while before going back.
When Jiang's mother saw her daughter wake up, she walked over and touched her daughter's head. Her eyes were a little red. "Ningning, are you still feeling uncomfortable?"
Jiang Wanning smiled slightly and said, "Mom, I'm fine. Come on, let me see the baby." As she spoke, she moved her body to make some space.
