If Princess Dinah knew that her son was only sparing her life because of his connections, wealth, and the throne, it's hard to say whether she would be happy or sad.
"Of course." Master Kun nodded. He had cooperated with the Mei family before, but only secretly with Mei Yehan. However, if Her Highness the Princess could give her approval, his business would expand many times over.
When Le Yao came out of the restroom, she found two more people in the lobby. One was Kun Ye's daughter, Sang Ya, and the other was... Black Hawk.
Black Hawk merely glanced at Le Yao, his expression unchanged.
Le Yao didn't show any expression, but only she knew that her originally uneasy heart had inexplicably calmed down at this moment.
When Sang Ya saw Le Yao, she frowned slightly, then walked up to her and asked, "You're Han Binglan?"
"Yes." Le Yao nodded.
"You look familiar."
"Hehe." Le Yao scoffed, "You people here are all strange. Do you say that to anyone who looks good, regardless of whether they're male or female?"
Sang Ya's expression darkened slightly, and she suddenly reached out and grabbed Le Yao's chin: "Do you know who you're talking to?"
Le Yao raised her hand and slapped the other person's hand away: "Aren't you talking to a person? Or a ghost?"
“You…” Sangya raised her hand to hit someone.
“Aya.” Black Hawk grabbed Sanya’s hand.
"What are you doing?" Sanya frowned and turned to look at Black Hawk.
“Master Kun just told Young Master Mei that this woman is useful, so why bother?” Black Hawk said, pulling the man into his arms. “Teaching someone a lesson isn’t something that can be done in a moment. We have to give Young Master Mei some face.”
Sang Ya glanced at Mei Yehan, and finally let go, but still glared at Le Yao: "I'll let you go for now." Then she went over and sat down.
Black Hawk glanced at Le Yao, then went over and stood next to Sang Ya.
Le Yao didn't go forward. Instead, she found a place to sit down. She was quite tired, so she decided to take a nap. Besides, it was so hot outside, but the air conditioning inside was very strong. She wasn't feeling hot in her sweatshirt and trousers, and she wouldn't feel cold even if she slept.
Mei Yehan frowned, got up and walked over, only to find that Le Yao had already fallen asleep on the sofa. He was both amused and exasperated, unsure whether to say that this woman was carefree or simply ignorant.
Le Yao felt as if she had just fallen asleep when she was roughly shaken awake.
"You think this is your warm bed at home?" Mei Yehan sneered. "You think you can just go to sleep whenever you want?"
"As a kidnapped hostage, you can't expect me to just sit around drinking tea and chatting with you guys, can you? We'd run out of things to talk about." Le Yao rolled her eyes, then got up and stretched. "Besides, I'm still useful. You can't kill me, so what else can I do if I don't sleep?"
"you……"
"And another thing, let me remind you, since I'm useful, then hurry up and make contact. If you need to exchange things, do it; if you need to kill someone to cover it up, do it. Otherwise, aren't you afraid that things might get complicated? After all..." Le Yao said, glancing at Kun Ye and Sang Ya, "Their business is shady, and they might go under any time."
"You know quite a lot."
"I don't know much, but I do know one thing: those who do many evil deeds will surely perish. I also know that evil will never prevail over good."
"Okay, as you wish, I've already contacted your man."
