Chapter 1 Farce



Xu Huaiyuan may look respectable, but he's actually a gossip and backbiter. She used to complain about him a lot in chats.

If Jiang Tong were to release his chat logs, along with evidence of his infidelity, he still wouldn't get any benefit, so he had no choice but to agree.

Xu Huaiyuan's face was ashen, his eyes were gloomy, and he stared intently at the backs of the mother and daughter.

Wang Chungui wanted to chase after her, but Xu Huaiyuan scolded her, "Mom! Do you want to make things worse? Can't you behave yourself?"

Xu Huaiyuan rarely got so angry, and Wang Chungui didn't dare to utter a sound. She shrank her neck, and hardly shed a few tears. "It's all Jiang Tong's fault."

Peipei was terrified; she never expected her mother and grandmother to fight.

Xu Huaiyuan also had a headache. He rubbed his forehead and calmed down. Today was an explosive shock. He never expected that things would turn out so badly. Last night, everything was fine, and the whole family was discussing going to the amusement park together in a while. Today, they were talking about divorce.

He looked at his little daughter and immediately scolded her sternly, "And you, Peipei! How could you hit your mother?! Who taught you to do that?!"

Peipei had never seen her father so fierce before, and immediately burst into tears, feeling wronged.

Wang Chungui immediately hugged her granddaughter protectively. This granddaughter was her favorite; she had a sweet tongue and was always clingy. "Why are you two taking your anger out on us when you're arguing? Who told you to sneak food and not clean your mouth properly?"

After she finished speaking, she comforted her little granddaughter, "Oh, Peipei, don't cry. It's Mommy's fault. Daddy didn't mean to be mean to you. It's Mommy who made your daddy angry!"

Xu Huaiyuan was having a terrible headache!
