Chapter 24 Keeping the Appointment

Jiang Tong has always been a well-behaved child, even inheriting some of her parents' old-fashioned ways. She studied and graduated steadily. The only rebellious thing she did during her adolescence was dating Xu Huaiyuan. But at that time, they rarely even held hands. The most outrageous thing they did was their first kiss on the night of their high school graduation.

Even after marriage, she honestly called Xu Huaiyuan by his name, although he was referred to as her husband in her contact information.

Jiang Tong was genuinely troubled.

Zhou Yuansheng smoothly started the vehicle. Seeing Jiang Tong's conflicted expression, he smiled and said, "Perhaps you could try calling my name?"

Jiang Tong's face turned red with anxiety.

Jiang Tong was so embarrassed she was practically steaming, and she almost turned into a tomato spirit on the spot. She raised the white flag and begged for mercy, "Please let me go, can I just silently pray to myself?"

Zhou Yuansheng smiled good-naturedly and said okay.

Jiang Tong breathed a sigh of relief. However, as they spent more time together, she found that he was actually very easy to get along with. He was emotionally stable and spoke in a comfortable tone. Except for occasionally showing his assertive side, he had already restrained himself very well and did not make her feel very pressured. At least recently, their relationship had become more familiar.

We could barely be considered half friends.
