Chapter 39 The Deceased

Song Yushu was speechless and could only get up helplessly.

"Xiaoran, you should get some rest. I'll come see you again tomorrow."

After she and Yu Ying left, Yun Xiaoran suddenly threw off the quilt, grabbed the black purse in her hand and threw it into the corner, her eyes bloodshot like a madwoman.

"Yun Yaoyao, you're already dead, so why are you still haunting me like a ghost?"

"Let me tell you, I'm not afraid of you. You couldn't beat me when you were alive, and you still can't beat me when you're dead. It's even better that you've appeared. I want you to see with your own eyes the man you love most marry me, and be with me every night, in perfect harmony, for all eternity."

Yun Xiaoran laughed until she was completely exhausted. She hadn't been able to sleep for several nights and was supporting herself with her trembling arms.

Song Yushu was so preoccupied with worry that he didn't notice anything amiss, and turned to look at Yu Tao.

Yu Tao hesitated, as if she wanted to say something but then stopped.

Song Yushu was getting anxious.

"Say something!"

Yu Tao then spoke up, "Madam, please don't blame me for meddling, but you saw Li Mama's arm. I think that Princess Xiaoran's illness and Li Mama's arm are both related to Madam Jiang. She is really too cruel."
