The living room lights went out again, replaced by the warm flickering of candlelight.
"Make a wish," Lin Yanwan said, sitting opposite him with a gentle smile on her face.
Jiang Xia looked at her blushing, shy face illuminated by the candlelight, her hands clasped tightly together, held flat in front of her chest, and slowly closed her eyes.
