Li Weiya rolled her eyes at him: "You talk as if it's your own achievement. Are you proud of getting 70 or 80 on the final exam?"
He caught his breath and looked embarrassed. He wasn't like Jiang Xia or Lin Yanwan, who were abnormal and could work hard while also studying. He was already doing well if he didn't fail any courses, as long as it didn't delay him from getting his diploma.
Shen Ying covered her mouth and chuckled softly.
The reason she worked so hard in college was because she learned her lesson from the college entrance exam. If she had studied harder back then, perhaps she could have gone to school in the capital with Wang Ming. It wouldn't matter if they went to different schools, at least they could have met up every weekend.

Shen Ying nodded vigorously. In her opinion, Li Weiya's affirmation was more important than anyone else's.
"Then you two have a good chat. I'm going back to doing laundry. Ah Ming, keep your eyes peeled. Empty Yingying's cup when it's empty. Put out all sorts of snacks and fruits, turn on the TV. Do I have to teach you how to entertain a female... uh, guest?"
