After signing the purchase contract with full payment, Jiang Xia received the property certificate about a week later, which had both his and Lin Yanwan's names on it.
It has to be said that Yida treats its VIP customers very differently. Usually, it takes about a month for developers to file the purchase contracts with the housing authority.
After obtaining ownership of the house, the first thing the couple did was move. Jiang Xia felt a little reluctant to leave the place where they had lived for two years.
This rented room was a birthday gift that Lin Yanwan specially rented for him on his eighteenth birthday. From then on, the two moved out of the school dormitory and began their shameless and carefree married life.
Later on, traces of their battles were found everywhere—in the bedroom, bay window, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
"Honey, it seems like we don't need to bring anything special besides clothes and daily necessities," Lin Yanwan said, resting her chin on her hand and looking at her overflowing wardrobe.
"Hmm...it seems so. The villa has everything, and it's all brand new. You can move in right away without any problem."
Jiang Xia hugged his wife's slender waist from behind, gently rubbing his cheek against her neck: "Take a look at which clothes you want to take with you. Leave the ones you don't want to wear here for now, and I'll buy you new ones later."

Lin Yanwan turned around and gently kissed the corner of his lips, and Jiang Xia skillfully parted his teeth.

Jiang Xia blinked, and suddenly chuckled, as if he was thinking of some creepy scene.
Lin Yanwan glared at him, then impatiently removed his hand from her chest. She then began packing her things: cosmetics, skincare products, clothes, some books, and musical instruments. The piano was too heavy for the two of them to take with them all at once; they would have to find someone to move it when they had time.
Even so, a whole bunch of messy things were tidied up.
Jiangxia had far fewer belongings. Besides clothes and personal items, all she needed to take were work-related manuscripts, her computer, and so on.
After spending the morning packing, the two had almost finished. Looking at the large and small bags piled up in the living room, Jiang Xia did not hesitate to hire a professional moving company.
"By the way, honey, should we hire someone to clean that area?" Lin Yanwan asked suddenly while drinking water.
Jiang Xia smiled and said, "I already mentioned this to Wang Xue a couple of days ago. We just hired a cleaner to clean the place inside and out, so it will be spotless when we move in."
"I see."
Half an hour later, the moving company took everything that was packed away. Jiang Xia closed and locked the door, gently knocked on it, and, recalling the happy times of the past two years, he said softly with emotion, "They're leaving."
He then drove ahead to lead the way, with the moving company's truck following closely behind, until they stopped in front of his own villa in Tianfu Yujing.
More than an hour later, the new house was finally packed up. Jiang Xia politely saw the moving company off and proudly gave each of them a tip of 100 yuan.
The sound of running water came from the master bathroom. Lin Yanwan lay on the soft bed, let out a long breath, opened her eyes and looked at the exquisite decoration of the bedroom. Her mood unconsciously brightened.

"Tsk tsk tsk, a private courtyard, a private garden, a private swimming pool, this is outrageously luxurious," Wang Ming exclaimed. "Old Jiang, is this whole area yours now?"
“Yes, they’re all mine.” Jiang Xia nodded with a smile.
This is the advantage of detached villas. Generally, they are independent with their own doors and yards, with independent space above, garden territory in the middle, and private swimming pools and basements below. Even the surrounding green spaces belong to the homeowner, ensuring a high degree of privacy.
