"Okay, it's a deal." Yan Zhi picked up her wine glass, tilted her head back, and was about to gulp down the wine, but before the wine touched her lips, it was intercepted and snatched away by Stephen.
"You drink this one." Stephen pushed his glass towards Yan Zhi.
Yan Zhi frowned slightly, but did not show any displeasure: "Mr. Stephen, do you not trust me?"
"It's just a glass of wine; let's see Secretary Yan's sincerity." Stephen indeed didn't trust Yan Zhi; she seemed much smarter than the average woman.
Yan Zhi picked up her wine glass, drank it all in one gulp, and said with gentle grace, "Mr. Stephen, do you see my sincerity now?"
"Secretary Yan, bring the contract!" Stephen grinned lewdly and downed the wine he had just snatched from Yan Zhi's hand in one gulp.
Yan Zhi finally breathed a sigh of relief as she watched Stephen drink the glass of wine.
She hurriedly handed over the contract, then opened her pen, fearing that even a second's delay might lead to unforeseen complications.
The contract handed to Stephen vanished from Yan Zhi's hands the next second. Yan Zhi looked up and saw that the contract had fallen into Leng Linli's hands.
Yan Zhi frowned and reached out to Leng Linli: "President Leng, please give me the contract!"
If it were any later, Yan Zhi was afraid that the effects of Stephen's drug would kick in and she wouldn't be able to sign the contract.
Seeing that Yan Zhi's expression had finally lost its usual composure and even showed some anxiety, Leng Linli glared at her fiercely, his face as gloomy as water.
So she can get anxious too!

"President Leng, please give me the contract quickly!" Yan Zhi frowned, displeasure showing on her face.

Wasn't it Leng Linli who gave her to Stephen in exchange for a contract? Now that the contract is almost in hand, what is Leng Linli doing at this crucial moment!
"Mr. Leng, what are you doing? Don't waste my time with Secretary Yan. Give me back the contract..." Seeing this, Stephen was afraid that Leng Linli would change his mind and give Yan Zhi to him. He reached out to snatch the contract, but as soon as he stood up, he felt dizzy and hot, and his legs went weak. He sat back down in his chair.
Stephen knew the drug was taking effect and urged, "Mr. Leng, I can't wait any longer, give me the contract quickly."
Leng Linli ignored Stephen and continued to stare intently at Yan Zhi, his gaze dark and unfathomable, as if trying to see right through her.
"Are you willing to go along with him for the sake of the contract?" Leng Linli asked coldly.
Yan Zhi smiled slightly, her beauty captivating: "Spending time with you is the same as spending time with him, so why not maximize the benefits?"
She actually used the word "accompany" to describe their relationship!
She actually compared him to Stephen!
Leng Linli was consumed by rage, and this rage backfired on him.
In her eyes, was he really that worthless?
A surge of anger welled up in Leng Linli's chest, his eyes bloodshot, and he slammed the contract onto the table: "So, you mean you're willing to be with any man, as long as it benefits you, is that right?"
Yan Zhi's face paled slightly, then she smiled and said, "President Leng brought me here tonight, wasn't it so that I could keep Mr. Stephen company?"
Is that what she thinks of him?
Although he wanted to open up foreign markets through Stephen, he wouldn't stoop so low as to exchange his own woman for it!

"Since Secretary Yan is willing to accompany me, what's wrong with you, Mr. Leng? I'll sign the contract, and then you can leave quickly. Don't delay my good time with Secretary Yan." Stephen couldn't wait any longer.
Leng Linli curled his lips into a cold smile, his eyes icy as he looked at Stephen, and said with a mocking tone, "My Mrs. Leng, how could I bear to hand her over to someone else?"
"Mr. Leng, what do you mean by that?" Stephen's face turned ugly instantly upon hearing Leng Linli's words.
"; literal meaning."
Leng Linli said in a cold voice, turning his gaze to Yan Zhishi with a smile on his face, though the smile did not reach his eyes: "Secretary Yan is my wife. I do not have the habit of sharing a woman with other men. Consider the three beauties tonight as a greeting gift. We'll talk about the contract later! Mr. Stephen, have a pleasant evening!"
After saying that, Leng Linli gave the three beauties a wink, and the three beauties dragged Stephen out of the private room and headed upstairs to the guest rooms.
Stephen was incredibly disappointed; he wanted Secretary Yan much more! It was rare that Secretary Yan had taken the pills tonight, and if he couldn't have her tonight, he feared that... Now that she was President Leng's wife, he could never have her no matter how much he wanted her!
After weighing the options, Stephen's drug started to take effect, and he had no choice but to go upstairs with the three beauties to take care of his business.
Only Leng Linli and Yan Zhi remained in the private room. Leng Linli stared at the wine on the table with a cold expression.
Under Yan Zhi's watchful gaze, Leng Linli did not hesitate at all. He picked up his wine glass and drank the remaining three glasses of wine that Yan Zhi had added pills to in one gulp.
"Why are you drinking that?" Yan Zhi's brow twitched slightly.
"You want some excitement? I'll go with you!" Leng Linli said resentfully.
