He Lingchuan's eyes widened, and he opened his mouth, accidentally biting his tongue.

“You heard me right, I said I’m living with the children at your place.”

He Lingchuan retorted without hesitation: "The kids can come to my place, but you can't."
He finally managed to leave Shen Yanxi, and now he wants to bring her back? He must be crazy to do that.

"Our identities are not compatible."

Gu Chengze watched their interaction from outside, feeling frustrated and disappointed.

"I have something on my mind."
He Lingchuan was not so cold towards Gu Chengze.

Bei Chen tilted his head back, raised his hands, and excitedly asked He Lingchuan to hug him: "Mom said this is my first time visiting Dad. Dad, will you hold me while we sleep tonight?"
"Of course."

He didn't know what Shen Yanxi and Nan Chen had talked about, but at least Nan Chen was willing to come to him, which was a good thing.
