"You mean, he's the academic genius husband you had a whirlwind marriage with?"
Cao Wei, looking curious, leaned close to Shen Yanxi and gossiped, "I was wondering why you got married so quickly. You really should have grabbed onto such a handsome man."
Shen Yanxi smiled awkwardly, but her eyes were somewhat vacant.
It wasn't easy for Cao Wei to come back, so Shen Yanxi specially left the driver at home and drove herself.

She had originally planned to have her academically gifted husband, Shen Yanxi, tutor her sister after she returned, but now, after hearing what Shen Yanxi said, she felt a little scared.

Why are you here?
Shen Yanxi looked surprised. She had just spoken ill of He Lingchuan, and Cao Wei was in a state of indignation. If she saw He Lingchuan now, Cao Wei would definitely lose control of her anger and retaliate fiercely.
Shen Yanxi stepped forward, intending to push He Lingchuan back into the car: "I don't want you to pick me up. Where's the driver?"
He Lingchuan didn't know what was wrong with her again, assuming she didn't want to see him. He said coldly, "Your mother transferred the driver, so only I can pick you up now. If you really don't want me to pick you up, then you can take a taxi home yourself."
After saying that, He Lingchuan turned and left, but Cao Wei eventually stopped him and scolded him.
On the way back, He Lingchuan felt that Cao Wei's gaze was full of hostility. He wasn't sure at first, but when Cao Wei glared at him as she got out of the car, he finally spoke up: "Your friend seems to dislike me. Do I have some kind of grudge against her?"

Shen Yanxi sneered from the back seat: "You were seducing her sister outside, of course she doesn't like you. I told you long ago not to be fickle, and now you're getting your comeuppance, aren't you?"
Shen Yanxi's ability to make trouble is getting better and better. He Lingchuan was so angry that he wanted to laugh. He retorted coldly to the person sitting behind him: "You say I seduced a girl?
