#15 You're in the wrong blanket (shuhaige.net)

"Sister." As soon as she entered the room, Zhao Rou affectionately took Zhao Yun's hand. "On the way here, Rou'er heard that Mother misunderstood Eldest Sister because of Second Sister's matter."

Zhao Yun suppressed her disgust for Zhao Rou and did not pull her hand away.

She lowered her head and began to sob.

"Rou'er, I've always treated you and Zhizhi the same. Now that Zhizhi is sick, my heart is aching like it's being scratched by a cat. I have no one to confide in. I'm so heartbroken!"

Zhao Rou's eyes lit up, feeling that it was her time to shine. She quickly said, "Sister, if you have anything on your mind, feel free to tell me. I will do my best to help you."

Zhao Yun gestured for Yu Ming to go out and close the door behind her.

The sky is clear and blue, the Crimson River is shallow and clear, and the bright moon shines beautifully.

Yu Ming had no idea what the eldest young lady and her half-sister Zhao Rou had talked about, but they chatted until the moon was high in the sky.

When Zhao Rou came out, she couldn't stop smiling. She hummed the tune Liu Yun had taught her all the way home.

She returned to the courtyard where she lived with her aunt and faintly heard a woman's soft moans and flirtatious words coming from her aunt's room.

The little girl became curious.

She mustered her courage and cautiously stood under her aunt's window. She dipped her finger in saliva, poked a hole in the window paper, and peeked inside on tiptoe.

This one look was enough to make her mouth dry and her face turn red.

Just as she was engrossed in watching, the monk who was lying on top of her aunt suddenly looked over. The two locked eyes, which scared Zhao Rou half to death.

The monk even smiled at her.

Zhao Rou's heart pounded like a drum, and she hurriedly covered her face and ran back to her room.

Liu Yun noticed that the monk seemed rather listless today and said irritably, "Monk Hui Zeng, why is it so soon today?"

She shoved the monk away, muttering in dissatisfaction, "Your stamina is getting worse and worse, you're not as strong as my husband!"

Hui smiled and did not refute.

In the past, he would have definitely forced Liu Yun to do it again.

But after he met Liu Yun's daughter a few times, he had other ideas.

In his eyes, Liu Yun was increasingly like a pile of stinking dog excrement. He didn't want to get involved with him at all.

"I'm leaving. I have things to do tomorrow, I'll come back when I'm free." Hui Zeng pulled up his pants and left.

Liu Yun scoffed coldly, offering no attempt to see him off. He lay back on the couch, stroking his flat stomach, and muttered to himself, "You'd better be more assertive!"

Meanwhile, Zhao Rou was half asleep when she suddenly noticed something crawling into the blankets.

She reached out and touched it; it was a bald head. She was immediately startled and was about to scream when her mouth was covered tightly.

That person was none other than Hui Zeng, who had just pretended to leave Aunt Liu's room.

Zhao Rou said in a low voice, "You stinky monk, you've crawled into the wrong blanket. My mother is in another room."

He had already been impatiently touching her all over.

"I didn't go to the wrong place, you're the one I've been looking for!"

He covered Zhao Rou's mouth with one hand to prevent her from calling for help, and used the other hand to tear at her clothes.

"Were you the one spying on me outside just now? Feeling all itchy, huh? Don't be afraid, I'll take good care of you..."

"Mmm...mmm..."

With her mouth covered, Zhao Rou had no strength to resist and could only cry out in vain.

She stared wide-eyed in despair in the darkness, hating the injustice of fate.

Why is her biological mother, Liu Yun, the selfish and self-serving person, when they are both children?

Why is it that Zhao Zhi, despite being a woman, was able to become sworn siblings with the incredibly wealthy Cui Gongzi after her engagement was broken off, without having to worry about finding a good marriage partner?

Both are daughters of the same household, so why is it that Zhao Yun is unhappy about marrying the honest and kind Prince Li, and instead racks her brains to try and break off the engagement? While she, even if she were to marry, could only become a concubine!
