It was Prime Minister Dou who spoke.
He actually stood up openly to support Yuan Cheng. For a moment, the court officials who were originally wavering raised their heads, as if they had found a reason to refute.
"That's right! Your Highness, the Crown Prince has been governing the country for many years and has stabilized the political situation. How could he have any ulterior motives?"
"If His Majesty were still here, would you be allowed to speak nonsense here?"
Officials who supported the prince came forward one after another to denounce Concubine Shu's actions.
Concubine Shu's face stiffened slightly, a trace of gloom flashed in her eyes, and then she raised her voice and said,
"How dare you! Come, arrest all these people who are confusing the public!"
The Royal Guards immediately stepped forward with swords in hand and surrounded the ministers who had stepped out of the line. The cold light reflected on their old but resolute faces.

Suddenly, a low and cold voice sounded.
Like a cold blade breaking through the air, it suppressed everyone's noise.
Everyone looked over and saw Yuan Heng, who had been silent all this time, finally spoke.
His eyes swept across the situation of swords and sabers in the Golden Palace, and finally fell on his mother, his expression cold and complicated.
Concubine Shu originally had a smile on her face, but when she saw his expression, she frowned slightly.
"Heng'er, you..."
Yuan Heng slowly raised his eyes, his voice low but with a sense of oppression,

He stepped forward, taking a step forward with every word, until he stood in the center of the hall.
Concubine Shu listened to his questioning, and felt a little uneasy in her heart. The corners of her mouth trembled slightly, and she sneered.
"Heng'er, the evidence is all here, don't you believe mother?"
Yuan Heng looked at Concubine Shu, and the mother and son's eyes met.
He slowly closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
Suddenly, he took off the sword from his waist and knelt on one knee!
The hall suddenly became dead silent, and everyone held their breath.
Yuan Heng slowly raised his hands, holding something in his hands, and presented it solemnly.
It's a tiger talisman.
"Your Majesty, please forgive me for being late. The rebels in the palace have already been eliminated."
He was kneeling in the direction of Yuancheng's position.
Seeing this, all the ministers, including Concubine Shu, were shocked.
"What does your highness the Prince of Jin mean?!"

He had tried to persuade her not to be stubborn and not to indulge in this endless fight.
But she never listened to his advice.
In her eyes, Yuan Heng was born stronger than Yuan Cheng, and he should sit on the throne and become the master of the world.
"You are my son, and the throne should belong to you."
She told him again and again.
Even though Yuan Heng had made it clear more than once that he was unwilling.
But no one ever listened to him, no one cared about his wishes.
Today, he finally spoke again. Facing the shocked ministers in the hall, he said word by word,
"Mother, I don't want to be someone who betrays my father and brother."
As soon as these words were spoken, the hall fell silent.
Concubine Shu's face suddenly turned pale. She looked at her son kneeling on the ground, her eyes full of anger and her voice almost hysterical.

"I am the one who gave birth to you and raised you! You are willing to stand against me for Yuancheng?!"
Her chest heaved violently, she was almost mad with anger, her scarlet eyes stared fiercely at Yuan Cheng, she pointed at him with gritted teeth and said,
"He! He is the culprit who killed your father!"
"Your father is still unconscious, it's all thanks to him!"
"It was he who used witchcraft to harm your father!!"
Her voice was so shrill that it almost shook the entire hall.
The ministers were so shocked by her words that they didn't know how to react for a moment, and many of them looked hesitant.
