Chapter 116: Secret Love (3/3)

Moreover, his brothers were bombarding Jiang Yining, so he had to help divert the fire.

Seeing that Song Xingjin had remained silent, Chen Ran said to him with a smile, "Brother Xingjin, please come out and get together with us more often in the future. This is how we usually do it, so you'll just have to get used to it."

Chen Feng touched Song Xingjin's hand and said, "My brother is right. You said that every day you are either working or going on blind dates at home. Where is the fun in that?"

Song Xingjin didn't know why, but his first reaction was to glance at Zhang Qiao opposite him.

I saw that she was watching the show.

He frowned slightly, somewhat dissatisfied with Chen Feng's words, and explained, "I'm not on a blind date, I'm just busy with work."

Chen Ran didn't believe him. "Brother Xingjin, it's just a blind date. Isn't that normal? You are the same age as Brother Chi. Grandma Song must be worried now. She even asked my mom to introduce you to a blind date."

Song Xingjin said, "My grandma is my grandma, and I am me. If I say there is no blind date, then there is no blind date."

He turned to look at Chen Feng, "Your brother talks a lot."

Chen Feng picked up the wine glass and took a sip, then smiled and asked, "Is this your first day meeting him?"

"If there's no blind date, then there's no blind date. Why are you in such a hurry? We're all family anyway. You think this guy is just joking. He's a bit of a chatterbox, but I can't control him."

Zhang Qiao sat next to Chen Ran, and Chen Ran took good care of her, poured her wine, and chatted with her in private.

She saw Song Xingjin across from her come to the bar, but never had a sip.

Song Xingjin frowned. Indeed, why was he so anxious?

He didn't care about blind dates in the first place. According to his principle, if he didn't care about something, he wouldn't take it to heart no matter what others said.

Song Xingjin returned to his usual expressionless state.

As soon as he raised his eyes, he saw Zhang Qiao opposite him looking at him with a smile in her eyes, and her brows, which had just relaxed, frowned slightly again.

After the party, Jiang Yining, a drunkard who couldn't drink but loved to drink, got drunk again.

He Chi picked her up and asked Zhang Qiao, "Did you drive here?"

Zhang Qiao helped him pick up Jiang Yining's bag and said, "I can take a taxi back by myself."

Song Xingjin was still in the box. As soon as he stood up, he caught He Chi's gaze.

He Chi said, "You drove here by yourself, right? Please help me send someone off."

He was the only one who didn't drink at all. He Chi knew that Song Xingjin didn't like to have a designated driver.

Song Xingjin nodded, then looked at Zhang Qiao, "Miss Zhang, let's go, I'll take you home."

Zhang Qiao glanced at Song Xingjin and said, "Mr. Song, I have something to say to He Chi. Can you wait for me for a moment?"

Song Xingjin glanced at them, nodded, and then walked out of the box.

There were only three of them left in the box.

Zhang Qiao looked at Jiang Yining, who was held in He Chi's arms, curled her lips, and asked He Chi, "Ningning had a crush on someone for eight years. Did you know?" This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
