Chapter 40: "I'm married, I don't need it." (1/2)

Before Jiang Yining could react, He Chi's figure came over her and then his kiss covered her lips.

He Chi rested his hands on the edge of the pillow and kissed her lips with restraint at first. He saw Jiang Yining's eyes went from wide open at first to obediently closing them.

He became more and more unscrupulous, chasing and exploring carefully, gradually increasing the intensity.

Jiang Yining stretched his hands out from under the quilt, and his arms involuntarily wrapped around He Chi's neck.

She felt her temperature rising again, a warmth coursing through her body.

He Chi's kiss became more and more intense.

Jiang Yining felt it was difficult to breathe and couldn't help sobbing.

Fortunately, He Chi still remembered that she was sick. Hearing her unbearable voice, he slowly ended the kiss.

He lingered on her lips, gently sucking them, and wiped away the tears from the corners of her eyes with his fingertips.

Jiang Yining listened to He Chi's heavy breathing, and thought about how uncomfortable he was at the moment. A different feeling took control of him, and he couldn't help but want to get closer to He Chi.

She shyly turned her eyes away, not daring to meet He Chi's dark eyes.

He Chi lowered his eyes to look at the lips that were red and radiant from his kiss. He lowered his head again and pecked her lightly, rubbing his fingertips on her lips gently. He said in a hoarse voice, "It's not bitter, it's very sweet."

Jiang Yining's face turned even redder. After He Chi straightened up, she immediately pulled the quilt up to cover most of her face, then turned sideways and said, "I'm going to sleep."

She turned around, with only the back of her head facing him.

He Chi knew that she was shy again, so he curled his lips, picked up the photo frame on the bedside table and walked out of the master bedroom.

After hearing the door close, Jiang Yining stuck her head out. There was no bitter taste in her mouth anymore, as it had all been swept away by He Chi.

Her head felt dizzy and she became sleepy soon after taking the medicine.

He Chi works in his study in the afternoon.

When he was free, He Chi thought that Ling Yue had asked him to send her off several times since she joined the company, and she also called him "Brother He Chi" when she saw him in the company.

He corrected her twice and asked her to call him "Mr. He" in the company, and only then did she become more restrained.

It's normal for those who are interested to have some thoughts about Ling Yue knowing that he has a good relationship with her.

Ling Yue had a driver's license, so he paid for Ling's parents to buy her a car so that she could drive to and from get off work by herself in the future.

Because of Ling Yan, he took better care of the Ling family, but Jiang Yining had never been involved in his past, so he couldn't ask Jiang Yining to understand him.

And after all, he and Ling Yue have no blood relationship. If they get too close, Jiang Yining will inevitably mind after a long time.

Teacher Lin specifically told him to explain the Ling family's affairs to Jiang Yining as soon as possible, probably because he was worried about this.

The screen of the mobile phone on the table lit up. He Chi took a look and saw that it was Chen Feng sending a group message to his brothers, so he clicked it and took a look.

Two red marriage certificates.

He Jin asked: [What is the difference between this remarriage certificate and the wedding photo?]

Chen Feng replied: [There is no difference, they all look the same.]

Ji Jinzhou suggested: "Sometime, let's go to He Chi's bar, get together, and congratulate Da Chen on getting back into the quagmire of marriage."

Chen Feng @ Ji Jinzhou: [Fuck you, can you please say something nice? I finally went from being a divorced person to being married again.]

Ji Jinzhou took a screenshot.

Two years ago, Chen Feng posted in the group: [Brothers, congratulations to me, I finally crawled out of the quagmire of marriage.]

Chen Feng was impressed: [Look at how capable you are! You even dug up antiques from two years ago.]

Chen Feng: [Delete it quickly, don’t let my wife see it.]

Chen Feng continued, "Why didn't anyone sign up for my bachelorette party? My wife has already called all her single friends over. Don't be ungrateful, especially He Chi and Ji Jinzhou."

After being called out, He Chi finally said, "I'm married, so I don't need it."

As soon as these words were spoken, a bunch of people came out.

Chen Ran: [Brother Chi, if you're going to find an excuse, at least find a good one.]

Ji Jinzhou: [Old He, do you really have to work so hard? You're using the excuse of being married, but I don't even need a child.]
