She nodded, "I don't know how other people are doing, and I don't want to know, but as far as I'm concerned, you're doing fine."

He is not interested in or pays attention to movies or TV series, but it is still summer vacation, so there must be some good movies released.
Jiang Yining picked one on the mini program and said, "There's a comedy with good ratings. It starts in 20 minutes, but the theater is almost full."

Jiang Yining ate a lot during dinner, so how could he still eat popcorn?
He Chi discovered that Jiang Yining had a good point: she would not go on a diet. She would eat when she was fit and drink when she was fit.

Jiang Yining realized it later. She looked down at their hands and saw that it was she who was holding He Chi's. She pursed her lips and answered He Chi first, "I didn't eat rice tonight, and I want to eat something."
He Chi curled his lips and smiled silently.
