Stepping out of the doorway, Prince Jin looked towards the pavilion, his eyes narrowed: "Chi An?"
"Uncle, it's me." Long Chi'an took a few quick steps.
Seeing that his walking posture was a little strange, King Jin casually asked, "What's wrong with your legs?"
"Thank you for your concern, uncle. It's nothing serious. I just fell down in the paddock." Long Chi'an coughed twice again.
"I am going to have dinner, would you like to join me, Chi An?" Prince Jin said in a rather calm voice.
"Okay, my nephew is hungry." Long Chi'an walked obediently beside him.
It was already past dinner time and the weather was cold. He almost couldn't hold on just now. Fortunately, hard work paid off and his uncle, the King of Jin, finally came out.
The uncle and nephew arrived at the dining room.
When the food and wine were served, King Jin said calmly, "What do you want from me?"
Long Chi'an looked around.
The King of Jin ordered all his servants to leave.
"I came here to tell you a piece of news," Long Chi'an said softly. He picked up the wine pot and poured a glass for King Jin first, then poured one for himself. "I don't know if this news is true or not, so I'd like you to investigate it yourself."
"This prince does not care about state affairs, nor does he take sides. Chi An, you have found the wrong person."
Prince Jin's expression remained calm as he picked up the wine glass and took a sip.
Long Chi'an shook his head: "I'm not wrong. This matter has nothing to do with government affairs or standing on the same side."
Prince Jin's patience was limited: "Chi An, just say what you want to say."
"My nephew met a lady in the capital. She looked like my aunt and was about the same age as her."
"Over the years, countless people have come to me and said this."
