He said this with his back teeth gritted. After all, five taels of silver was a huge sum of money for him.
"Old man, I was right, it was a real fifty taels of silver.
"That was a reward from the Emperor, how could he be so stingy as to give only five taels of silver?
"So I'm telling you, you don't have to worry about not having money. Just hire a car and go there. When you get there, will your son-in-law really ignore you?"
Old Man Guo was in a dilemma when he heard this. He turned around to look at his wife and two grandsons behind him, then thought about his son who was still waiting for him under the bridge. Finally, he gritted his teeth and said, "Let's go and hire a car!"

Before leaving, Old Man Guo confirmed the name of the village with him again and again.

Guo Shijie felt that what Old Man Guo said made sense, so he stopped objecting.
Old man Guo carried his son on his back and asked his wife to look after his two grandsons. He soon found a mule cart that was soliciting passengers.
"Brother, shall we go to Rongxi Village?"

Old man Guo had no idea which family the Ye family was.

When Ye Laizi saw that Old Man Guo was dressed in rags, he wondered if the Ye family had some poor relatives come to visit.
Thinking of this, Ye Laizi immediately perked up. He put down his bowl and chopsticks, put on his clothes and hat, and said, "It's hard to explain it to you. Let me take you there!"
"Oh, we've really met some kind people today," said Old Man Guo, taking Ye Laizi out and heading straight for the mule cart. "Please get in and help us show the way."
