When sending Mrs. Lu out, Mrs. Huang couldn't help but say, "The Lu family's house has been unoccupied for the entire winter, and I don't know what it looks like now.
"Go back and take a look. If there's no place to stay, come back quickly!

Ye Laizi looked at Huang's empty hands and frowned, asking, "She came to see the child with her empty paws? Why did I think she was carrying something when she left? Did you give it back to her?"
"How could I have anything to give her? She was going out and came to see the child on her way.
"I said the child was still asleep, so I didn't even let her in and sent her away."
Ye Laizi narrowed his eyes and looked Huang up and down suspiciously, as if to see if she was lying.
After a while, he didn't notice anything wrong, so he retracted his gaze and said, "That's right. From now on, if she comes to see the child without anything and only brings a mouth to feed, don't let her in!"
"Okay, I'll remember that." Huang agreed obediently.
Seeing that she did not speak for Lu and did not ask him what he did last night, Ye Laizi felt relieved.
But when he passed by the door of the east wing, he still complained, "It's so late and you haven't gotten up yet. When I was their age, I already knew how to help with housework.
"Even if I can't do the farm work, can't I get up early to sweep the yard and go out to collect firewood?
"Do you think eating at home is free every day? You really don't know how to help share the burden at home."
Huang said quickly, "I made you some millet porridge and some sesame cakes, you can eat them first.
"I'll go and get them to work."
But Ye Laizi was still hungover, so he walked up to the room in a daze, pushed open the door, and shouted, "Everyone, get up!"
Lü Hui was startled awake by him and burst into tears, "Where's my aunt? I want my aunt!"
When Ye Laizi heard this, he immediately realized that Huang was lying. He turned around, swung his arm, and slapped her hard in the face.
"You stinky bitch, how dare you lie to me!"
