But it's not that simple without a rabbit.
Meng Yu jumped down from the cart and said, "Second brother, third brother, are you free?
"It's still early, why don't we go for a walk in the mountains?"

"If the second, third, and Meng Yu come back earlier than me, I'll have them pack the rabbits and leave them there until I get back to cook."
"Okay, I understand. You can go now!" Old Mrs. Ye nodded.
Mrs. Ye went to Ye Juaner's house and worked for most of the hour, helping her pickle the small root vegetables and put them into jars, and also mixing the dumpling fillings.
She explained it to Ye Juaner while she was doing it. Ye Juaner was afraid that she would not remember it, so she pulled Liu Quan along.
The two of them listened and learned attentively together.
Ye Juan'er watched as ordinary meat filling and motherwort quickly transformed into fragrant dumpling filling in Sister Ye's hands, and she couldn't help but sigh, "This dumpling filling smells so good right after it's been mixed. No wonder it tastes so good when cooked!"
Liu Quan almost picked up a piece of food with chopsticks and put it in his mouth to taste it.

Everyone in the family praised Meng Yu for her hunting skills, but only Mrs. Ye knew that this was not Meng Yu's skill at all. It was simply that her daughter knew that she liked to eat roe deer meat and wanted her to eat it.
