Ye Ersao took the patterns and looked through them one by one.
For some reason, everyone around her stared at her with bated breath.
After reading it, Ye Ersao looked up and was about to speak when she was startled by everyone's gaze.
"What are you all looking at me for?"
"I'm afraid I'll disturb you from watching the tricks!" Mrs. Lu said with a smile, "How are you watching? Are there any of these that you can use?"
“In fact, most of them can be used.”
In Ye Ersao's eyes, patterns are not divided into Da Qi style or Western style. She looks at the overall shape, how to move the needle, and how to thread the pattern to better present the pattern.
"But we still need to discuss where to use it and the color matching."
As soon as the topic of embroidery was brought up, Ye Ersao's previous nervousness and fear disappeared, and even her tone became more determined.
Madam Lu looked at Ye Ersao's performance and knew that she was unaware of it, so she didn't point it out to her.
If she were to realize this, she would definitely be exposed immediately.
As Ye Ersao spoke, she quickly divided the patterns in her hand into several stacks.
She picked up the first stack on her left hand and said, "These are not suitable for embroidery on clothes."
Then she picked up the second stack and continued, "These can be embroidered on the hem of the skirt or the back.
"These can be embroidered on the collar, cuffs, or hem.
"These last few pictures have a different style from the others, so it's best not to force them together."
Mrs. Ye said a lot in one breath, and then she realized that there was no sound around her. She suddenly panicked, and the energy she had just had disappeared. She looked at Madam Lu for help.
"Did I say something wrong?" Ye Ersao asked in a very low voice.
"No, that's a great point!" Madam Lu quickly encouraged her. "I was so engrossed in what you said that I forgot to translate it for them."
Only then did Ye Ersao remember that Westerners could not understand what she was saying.
She bravely looked up at Queen Beatrice and saw that she was indeed looking at her with a smile. She must be waiting for Madam Lu to translate.
Madam Lu muttered a lot of things to Queen Beatrice.
The queen raised her hand and pointed at the pattern in Ye Ersao's hand, and said something else.
Madam Lu turned to Ye Ersao and said, "The Queen said she really liked the first pattern you had and hopes you can embroider it on the dress no matter what."
Mrs. Ye Er looked down at her hand and fell silent at the first piece of paper that was so crooked that she couldn't tell what it was.
Martina explained: "This pattern was drawn by the little princess as a gift to the Queen on her birthday last year.
"This picture shows the little princess's cat, which both the queen and the little princess love very much.
"So the Queen wanted this pattern embroidered on the dress so that she could wear it back and show it to the little princess."
Under normal circumstances, Ye Ersao would definitely reject this request directly.
But it must be said that the Queen's story still touched her a little.
Mrs. Ye thought for a moment and asked Mrs. Lu, "Is it okay if I embroider this pattern on a handkerchief?
"I'd also like to trouble you to tell the Queen that when entering the palace to attend a banquet or other formal occasion, the handkerchief must be placed in the sleeve pocket.
"But when she returns to her country, she can tuck the handkerchief in front of her chest or under her arm as she pleases, and then she can show the pattern to the little princess."
After hearing what Ye Ersao said, Madam Lu was stunned for a moment, but soon laughed.
"Second Sister Ye, why didn't I realize before that you are such a wonderful person.
"Of course no problem, I will convey your intention to the Queen."
Madam Lu adjusted Ye Ersao's words slightly, and told Queen Beatrice as tactfully as possible and in accordance with Western customs.
The Queen immediately expressed her understanding and greatly appreciated this method of killing two birds with one stone.
Madam Lu told Ye Ersao the queen's opinion.
This made Ye Ersao breathe a sigh of relief.
It seems that Madam Lu did not lie before. The queen is indeed a very easy-going and easy-going person.
Seeing that the material and pattern had been decided, Ye Ersao felt that everything was going very smoothly. All she had to do next was to decide on the color of the pattern and the style of the dress, and then she could go back and start making it.
Who knew that the smooth sailing before was just an illusion to deceive her.
The real difficulty actually starts from the third step.
Due to time constraints, the patterns Martina had previously produced were just black line drawings without any coloring.
After Ye Ersao and the Queen had repeatedly finalized the patterns on the clothes, Martina took out various paints and began to color the selected patterns.
The more Mrs. Ye looked at it, the more she felt something was wrong. She felt that every color Martina chose was absolutely beyond her expectations.
"No, no, no, this won't work."
After looking at the color combinations of the first pattern, Mrs. Ye Er was already starting to have a headache.
"Are these colors matched seriously?" Mrs. Ye couldn't help but turn her head to ask Madam Lu.
Madam Lu was also helpless and said, "I don't know why it's so strange. When I first saw these patterns and decorations in their country, I didn't think they were very out of place.
"But if you take the pattern and color out on their own now, no matter what fabric they're on, it looks really strange."
