After leaving the General of the Northern Expedition's residence, Li Yunyan headed straight for the Marquis of Ningguo's residence.
In a hurry, she used her light-footed skills to the fullest, leaping back and forth across various rooftops, as nimble and agile as a fairy under the moon.
It was already past midnight, and Li Yunyan had to rush back to the palace before dawn, so time was of the essence.
Upon arriving at the Ningguo Marquis's residence, without taking a moment's rest, they found Su Ting'an's room according to the map.
Unlike Meng Qingye's quiet room, his room was still brightly lit in the middle of the night.
Li Yunyan even heard crying coming from the room.
Is he dead?!
She ignored everything else and rushed inside.
The woman inside, who was crying, paused and looked at the uninvited guest who had suddenly barged in.
Li Yunyan glanced around and, thankfully, there was only one woman, two nannies, and a servant inside.
There was no time to speak. With a flick of her wrist, four silver needles flew out simultaneously, and the four people immediately collapsed to the ground.
She darted to the bedside and met a pair of eyes as bright as the Milky Way.
Those eyes are so beautiful! Li Yunyan's hand, which was about to seal his speech acupoint, paused for a second.
[Ding! Excellent male detected! Host, please focus on the mission and actively complete it!]
[This man is currently poisoned to the bone marrow and will soon die. Host, please act quickly!]
Distracted by the system, Li Yunyan's interest in admiring the beauty vanished, and she deftly took out a silver needle.
Just as he was about to stab him, Su Ting'an spoke up.
"Third Princess".

"I've come to save you!"
Su Ting'an did not show any joy at her words, but instead looked down at the ground.
"Third Princess, my mother..."
"They're fine!" Li Yunyan smiled awkwardly. "I was in too much of a rush just now, so I let them all get some sleep so they wouldn't disturb me while I was rescuing you!"
With a flick of her wrist, she produced an antidote pill. She moved closer to him, supporting herself on one side of him with the other and bringing the other hand to his mouth.
"Open your mouth!"
Her long black hair cascaded down his chest, and Su Ting'an didn't open his mouth, but stared at her intently.
His eyes were so captivating that Li Yunyan felt her face flush under his gaze. She repeated herself, her tone even gentler: "This is an antidote pill. As long as you take it, you will live!"
Seeing that he still wouldn't speak, she frowned slightly. "Don't you believe me?"
Su Ting'an looked at her intently and murmured, "This is a dream."
He slowly raised his hand, his pale and cold fingers gradually touching her cheek.
The soft warmth in his hand made his fingers pause.
The subordinate suddenly smiled, her voice slightly coquettish, "You've been poisoned and gone mad? This isn't a dream, it's real!"
"Su Ting'an, I've come to save you!"
Su Ting'an's expression suddenly changed!
He abruptly withdrew his finger, his ears turning bright red.
This isn't a dream?!
Why is the Third Princess here?!
She isn't...?!
Fearing that his shock would cause his blood to surge and the toxins to circulate faster, Li Yunyan no longer held back. She pinched his face with one hand and stuffed the antidote pill into his mouth with the other.
The pill melted instantly in her mouth. Su Ting'an was still in shock and hadn't recovered yet. She looked at her with surprise and complicated emotions.
A moment later, he suddenly felt a metallic taste rising in his throat and turned to push Li Yunyan away.
He spat out a large mouthful of black blood into the spittoon on the ground with a "whoosh".
Li Yunyan let him vomit blood, then got up and wrung out a handkerchief from the copper basin beside her.
After he finished vomiting, she sat back down on his bedside and wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth. Then she went to the table, poured him a glass of water, and fed him by hand.
"Drink some water and rinse your mouth."
The feeling was so real that Su Ting'an's heart suddenly raced. In addition, his poison had been neutralized, his mind had returned to clarity, and he was functioning normally again.
All of this... is it really true?!
He clenched his fists, enjoying her meticulous care, his heart filled with turbulent emotions, his eyes moist and red.
He thought he would never see her again...

"I want you to stay out of the succession struggle, use your intellect to help my people seize power, and then bring me back in four years. Are you willing?"
After she finished speaking, she looked at him, waiting for his reply.
Of course he would!
Su Ting'an's eyes flickered; he was willing to do anything for her!
