Chapter 6 Moving to a New Home
Zhao Yong also took a step back. After all, the master had the demeanor of a master, and it was indeed not good to bribe others with money.
Since Shi Yi was the one who offered to let her live there, Zhao Yong just went along with it.
Seeing that Zhao Yong stopped shouting about giving her the house, Shi Yi put the ring of keys in her hand into Zhao Yong's arms.
"I can live in any house, it's up to you."
Zhao Yong pinned the bunch of keys on his waistband and smiled foolishly.
"Okay! Master, leave this matter to me. You can pack up today, and we'll find someone to help you move tomorrow!"
At night, Shi Yi thought of Sanhua who had been talking in her mind during the day.
She cleared her throat and spoke softly.
"White Tiger, are you there?"
Shi Yi's soft whispers echoed in the empty house.
Just when Shi Yi thought that the system would no longer reply to her.
Suddenly, a clear voice rang in my mind.
"What do you want to see this system for?"
Shi Yi was stunned for a moment, and the image of the calico cat suddenly appeared in his mind.
"Are you a system? Then are you a cat or..."
Shi Yi spoke cautiously. She never thought that she would encounter such an outrageous thing.
The white tiger stood aside, glanced at Shi Yi, and wagged its tail proudly.
In an instant, Shi Yi felt a flash of white light suddenly appear before his eyes.
She covered her eyes involuntarily, and when she opened them again, she saw a fat and tender calico cat appear on her bed.
He licked his pink paws with a proud look on his face.
"Stupid host, this system is neither a human nor a ghost. I am the White Tiger, and I appeared together with your crime prediction system. If you must describe me..."
Shi Yi watched the Sanhua in front of him speak human language. It tilted its head and continued.
"If you must describe me, you can think of me as a god. This system knows everything and can do everything!"
The little Sanhua in front of me proudly puffed out her chest, her head almost reaching the sky.
Looking at it like this, Shi Yi couldn't help but walk forward and touch its forehead tentatively.
It's so soft, it actually feels like a kitten.
Shi Yi plucked up his courage and started to stroke the crocodile in front of him.
"How dare you, a human being, jerk off... Huluhuhuhuhuhuhu~"
The three flowers in front of me couldn't help but purr.
Shi Yi couldn't help but smile softly when he saw this.
You claim to be a god, but you are nothing but a cute little cat.
Shi Yi bravely took the three flowers into his arms.
"What white tiger? In my opinion, you are Da Huang."
Shi Yi couldn't help but smile, because the calico cat in front of him had a very obvious yellow patch on its face.
Distributed in the mouth and nose area, it looks particularly funny.
"I'll just call you Da Huang from now on, okay?"
Shi Yi gently stroked Sanhua's head. Baihu was so angry at Shi Yi's words that his hair stood on end.
"How can you call this system such an ugly name? This system is a god! A god! How can you call it Da Huang?! It's simply an insult to this system's status as a god!"
Shi Yi found it hard to imagine that the little calico cat in front of him, speaking in a childish voice, had nothing to do with being a god.
Shi Yi rarely curled the corners of his mouth.
"Okay, okay, you are God, you are God, not a cat."
Shi Yi finally managed to smooth back the white tiger's blown-off fur.
She narrowed her eyes again and looked at the cat in front of her.
"But what is the purpose of you, the system, following me around? What can I do for you?"
She doesn't believe that there is any good or love in this world without reason.
She also doesn't believe that there would be someone...or God, who would help her for no reason.
The Sanhua in front of him squinted his eyes comfortably and spoke lazily amidst the snoring sound.
"I have my own reasons for staying by your side. Every time you complete a mission, I actually gain some benefits. I am truly a white tiger, but for some reason, I have been forced to transform into a cat. When you successfully complete your mission one day, I will be able to regain my white tiger form."
As he spoke, Sanhua in front of him stretched out his arms and showed off his muscles.
After hearing this, Shi Yi couldn't help but fall into deep thought.
She felt that this purpose sounded much more reasonable.
Every time she completes a mission, she gains one year of life.
For her, the benefits outweigh the disadvantages.
Shi Yi hugged Sanhua in front of him, lay down on the bed unknowingly, and fell asleep.
Shi Yi actually didn't have much to pack. His scattered clothes couldn't even fill up a 20-inch suitcase.
Then there was the master's portrait, and that was all her belongings.
Early the next morning, Zhao Yong called a moving company and they knocked on Shi Yi's door on time.
At that time, Shi Yi was already prepared and was waiting for news from Zhao Yong at home.
It doesn’t matter to her where she lives. What matters is that she can save money, which is her biggest wish.
After Shi Yi opened the door, Zhao Yong was standing at the door with a smile on his face.
When he saw the lonely suitcase behind Shi Yi, he scratched the back of his head in confusion.
"Master, is this all you have to carry?"
Shi Yi nodded, looked at the four or five burly men standing behind Zhao Yong, and couldn't help but twitch the corners of his mouth.
"I have very little luggage, please let these masters go back."
Zhao Yong looked into the inner room and looked around.
It was clean and there was only a small piece of luggage.
So he waved to the master behind him and diligently helped Shi Yi carry the luggage.
He took the portrait and walked straight out the door.
This community is very large, with both old and new houses.
The new house is very tall and looks very new.
Zhao Yong arranged for Shi Yi to live on the top floor of the new house.
Shi Yi originally thought that Zhao Yong would just give her a one-bedroom apartment.
But unexpectedly, when he opened the door, a large house with four bedrooms and two living rooms appeared in front of him, which scared Shi Yi, the little country bumpkin.
She had never lived in such a big house before. Even when she was with her master, she had to sleep in the open air.
This was exactly the scene that would appear in her dreams, and her eyes widened when she saw it.
Zhao Yong curled the corners of his lips in satisfaction. It seemed that the master was very satisfied with his arrangement.
I couldn't help but put her luggage and portrait aside neatly.
"Master, what do you think? If there's anything you need, just tell me. It's no trouble at all!"
With the previous experience of bickering in mind, Zhao Yong added "It's not a problem" after every sentence.
He was afraid that Shi Yi would suffer because of bothering him.
How could the master let himself be wronged?
Zhao Yong followed Shi Yi, watching Shi Yi looking around and exclaiming "Wow" from time to time, feeling even more satisfied.
Shi Yi silently walked around every room. When he walked into the master bedroom and saw the large floor-to-ceiling windows and the extra-large bed, the surprise in his eyes was beyond words.
“This is too big…”
Shi Yiqing couldn't help but speak, and Zhao Yong laughed on the side.
"Of course. If it's not big enough, how can we have the nerve to let the master live there?"
As he spoke, Zhao Yong rubbed his hands again, with a look of embarrassment on his face.
