Chapter 87 One Person

"Yueyue..." Looking at the silver-haired girl in front of her and the corpses around her, Zhang Yuyao completely broke down and hugged her tightly. "Yueyue, I'm so scared..."

"It's okay, I'm here." Bai Yueyue comforted Zhang Yuyao, who was hugging her as she cried.

"My mom and dad were killed by them. Please avenge me!" Zhang Yuyao's past worship of the silver-haired witch and her current trust in her friend gave her this last hope.

"I promise you, I will avenge you." Bai Yueyue gathered magic power in her hand and sent Zhang Yuyao to the Qin family. At the same time, she sent a message to Li Jieyue, asking her to take good care of Zhang Yuyao.

He stood up and looked at the city in chaos, where monsters roamed freely, howls and cries for help echoed through the streets and alleys, and blood stained the streets red.

"Just wait! Lady Silver-Haired Witch will definitely destroy you with her Divine Flame Dragon Emperor Breath!" Looking at the monster in front of him, the child who had been saved by Bai Yueyue was trembling, but still stood in front of his sister.

"Don't say I have such shameful magic again!"

Just as the monster made its move, a silver figure flashed by and cut the monster in half at the waist.

"Silver-haired Witch!" The boy pulled his sister up and looked at Bai Yueyue with delight. "I knew it! You're invincible!"

"Idiots, run for your lives first!" He put his hands on the two of them and took them to the orphanage.

She stood up. Asia City was too big. Bai Yueyue alone couldn't save everyone. The shelter she set up couldn't accommodate everyone in Asia City.

She flew back towards Qin Limin, eliminating any monsters she encountered along the way. But these creatures were as endless as cockroaches in a sewer, and even the police were utterly helpless against this horde of beasts.

Similarly, from the air, Bai Yueyue could see more directly the people killed by these monsters. No matter how much they wanted to resist, ordinary people were still just ordinary people.

They didn't have Bai Yueyue's power.

Similarly, Bai Yueyue, who has not used offensive magic for a long time, also finds it difficult to find suitable magic.

If Xiaoya were here, there would be so much less pressure, right? Pshaw, how could I think like that? I can do it even without Xiaoya.

Upon arriving outside the city, only a small area remained standing. Bai Yueyue had anticipated this situation; with monsters rampaging in the city, how could things be any better outside?

With a snap of his fingers, "Holy Magic? Judgment," the sky was torn apart by a giant sword, which then slashed down, unleashing powerful sword energy from the horde of monsters, killing anyone who touched it.

Similarly, this is indiscriminate, and Bai Yueyue would never use such a wide-range destructive magic in the city.

"Wow, is this silver-haired witch really that strong?" Peeking out from behind Six, Four was somewhat surprised to see Six's mechanical body scarred by sword energy. She couldn't even hurt this iron-clad woman with a rocket launcher.

"Tsk, what a nuisance." Six really wanted to fight Bai Yueyue, but he didn't want to throw his life away. He'd leave this freak to the top three. And Seven, how could he possibly fight this freak for so long?

"Oh dear, I really want to know if she would target humans?" Si was somewhat curious, as the abilities her insects granted her made it possible for her to do so.

"Stop thinking about it," came the voice of the six machines. "Even though we weren't asked to eliminate the silver-haired witch, let's just leave like this."

"Oh, yes, yes, yes." Si originally wanted to find some fun, but when he saw the lightsaber in Liu's hand, he changed his mind. "Go and report to Yi. Anyway, you admire him so much, I won't go looking for trouble."

Six grabbed Four and began to fly into the air. The next second, Six turned around and fired the laser cannon in his hand, which collided with a long spear of ice.

"Tsk, did they escape?" As the smoke cleared, Bai Yueyue clicked her tongue as she looked at the figures that had disappeared without a trace more than ten kilometers away. She had only just sensed that the two guys were about to leave through magic and had hastily chosen an attack spell, but she didn't expect that they would still escape.

Upon entering the camp, only a thousand people remained, including many wounded.

Seeing Bai Yueyue's out-of-place appearance, the soldiers, their faces covered in blood and wounds, instinctively made way for her, leaving themselves away from her.

Sensing their resistance, Bai Yueyue gave up on asking them where Qin Limin was.

After locating Qin Limin's position, Bai Yueyue used her teleportation ability to get there.

On the hospital bed, Qin Zijing, whose leg had been bitten off by the monster, held a gauze in her mouth as she endured the pain of the doctor applying medicine to her.

"Godfather." Bai Yueyue's voice went unnoticed by the others, so she stepped forward and injected the healing magic she had gathered into Qin Zijin's body.

Although Bai Yueyue didn't like Qin Zijin, he was injured while protecting Asia City, just like the other soldiers outside.

"Yueyue, what brings you here?" Seeing the pale green light quickly stop Qin Zijing's bleeding and heal her wounds, Qin Limin knew without turning around that Bai Yueyue had done this almost miraculous act.

Qin Zijing looked at Bai Yueyue, then turned her head away, not wanting her to see her in such a disheveled state.

Just as Bai Yueyue was about to say that the entire Asian market was in chaos, a feeling of unease rose in her chest.

Something happened to Bai Shenxing!

Bai Yueyue is all alone. Without Bai Yueyue, Asia City is a vulnerable place. The feeling I just had tells me that Bai Shenxing is around the capital.

With my magic by my side, there's no problem with my parents and second brother. Bai Yueyue has made up her mind about this.

“I’m sorry, Godfather, I’ll explain to you when I return,” he said, stretching out his hand and again diverting some of his power, “so that the warriors’ weapons can come into contact with this power.”

A weapon imbued with a portion of one's own magic might temporarily alleviate the immediate crisis, but this power cannot last long, only three days. Moreover, it only strengthens the weapon, not the body.

Once again at an altitude of 10,000 meters, a height that only a small portion of the monsters could reach, Bai Yueyue, having never been to the capital, could not use teleportation magic and could only fly there directly.

The last time I traveled across cities was from Asia City to the neighboring city of Huan City. This time it's the capital city. Although it's not particularly far away, it's still two mid-sized cities apart.

Bai Yueyue, who had initially thought it would take several hours, realized once again the changes in herself; her speed in the air at full speed was several times that of the past.

Similarly, her eyesight was not affected; even at an altitude of 10,000 meters, Bai Yueyue could still see the horrific scene below.

Sure enough, all cities are under attack. But why are they only targeting people on the outskirts of medium-sized cities?

Unlike the monster-infested situation in Asia City, the two mid-level cities not only have fewer monsters, but also no special personnel stationed there.

Monsters kill and eat people, and warriors also sacrifice themselves, but the horrors are far less than the hellish scene in Asia City.

Is it because the city level is low that the monsters aren't strong enough?

Bai Yueyue didn't have time to investigate in detail. She could still sense that Bai Shenxing was already fighting those monsters, and the protective magic she had sent over had been triggered.
