Chapter 125 Mo Chi is Qi Lin's fiancé!
Qi Hang smiled and said, "Qi Lin caused you a lot of trouble last time she came over. I happened to be in City C on business, so I thought I'd come and thank you."
After Qi Hang finished speaking, he stepped aside and let the bodyguard behind him take the gift inside.
Two bodyguards carried in a number of gift boxes and pushed them at the door.

Shen Yan and Shen Minghui came out of the study and walked into the living room. When they saw the young man sitting on the sofa, they both began to wonder if Chu Rou had changed boyfriends.
Chu Rou stood up and introduced them to each other.
Upon hearing that Qi Hang was Qi Lin's older brother, Shen Minghui immediately beamed with joy, "So you're Qi Lin's brother! The gift Qi Lin gave me last time was truly too valuable."
"Uncle Shen, you're too kind. Qi Lin has caused you a lot of trouble by coming here." Qi Hang was very respectful to Shen Minghui.
Shen Minghui laughed, "Qi Lin is a very sensible child."
Shen Minghui glanced at Chu Rou, "Rou Rou, you and Qi Hang...you two?"

Mo Chi: [? Open the door, I'm coming right away!]

Chu Rou met Mo Chi's gaze as he entered, and stood there stunned. Time seemed to stand still. She blinked, making sure she wasn't seeing things, and then stood up abruptly.
"Mo Chi!" Chu Rou rushed over and hugged Mo Chi. "Why did you suddenly come back?"
Mo Chi placed his hand on Chu Rou's body, his icy gaze shooting towards Qi Hang on the sofa, "Brother Qi, did you come to the wrong place?"
Qi Hang raised an eyebrow, also surprised to see Mo Chi here. He smiled and said, "It doesn't seem quite right for you to be here."
Shen Minghui stood up and greeted, "Mo Chi, have you just returned to City C? Come and sit down!"
Mo Chi took Chu Rou's hand and walked over, "Uncle Chen!"
Shen Minghui smiled and nodded, then asked in confusion, "Mo Chi, do you know Qi Hang?"
“We know each other,” Mo Chi said with a smile. “We’ve known each other for many years.”
Qi Hang leaned back on the sofa, crossed his legs, and said casually, "Not only do we know each other, we're close acquaintances. Mo Chi is Qi Lin's fiancé!"
These words were like a bomb, shocking everyone present.
Huang Shan and Qu Jie stared blankly. What did this mean? Mo Chi had a fiancée? Was she Qi Hang's sister? What about Sister Chu Rou?
Shen Yan's face darkened. What did these two men mean? Were they playing with Xiao Rou?
Shen Luo stared intently at Mo Chi, unable to believe that his best brother had deceived him. He slowly clenched his fist.
Shen Minghui's smile vanished, his eyes sharpening. He first looked at Qi Hang and asked, "What you just said is true?"
Qi Hang nodded, "Guaranteed authentic!"
A flicker of panic crossed Mo Chi's eyes. He wasn't ready to explain this to Chu Rou's family. He swallowed hard, unsure of what he would face next.
Shen Minghui growled at Mo Chi, "Mo Chi, explain yourself! What do you take Rou Rou for?"
"Uncle Chen, I..."
Mo Chi was about to explain when Chu Rou stopped him. She glanced at Qi Hang, who was watching the commotion, and said, "Mr. Qi, I have some family matters to attend to today. Please leave first."
Qi Hang stood up, nodded to Shen Minghui, and said, "Uncle Shen, I'll be going now. I'll visit again when I have the chance."
Shen Minghui gritted his teeth and remained silent.
Qi Hang knew he was implicated, so he just smiled and walked towards the door.
"Shen Yan, Shen Luo!" Shen Minghui suddenly called out to his two sons.
"dad!"
"dad!"
Shen Yan and Shen Luo both looked at Shen Minghui.
"Return everything that President Qi brought!" Shen Minghui pointed to the gifts displayed at the door.
Shen Yan walked quickly, opened the door, and threw the gift boxes out one by one.
Qi Hang stood awkwardly at the door, looking at the gift boxes he had brought scattered all over the ground outside.
Mo Chi was secretly pleased, but his smile was just about to spread when he thought about his current situation, which seemed to be not much better than Qi Hang's, and he became dejected again.
After the gifts were all thrown out, Shen Yan extended his arm, "President Qi, please!"
Qi Hang glanced back at Chu Rou, and seeing that she was deep in thought with her head down, not even glancing at him, he frowned and strode away.
Shen Yan slammed the door shut.
Qi Hang left, and everyone's attention turned to Mo Chi.
Shi Jingman only came out of the kitchen after hearing the loud slam of the door. When she saw Mo Chi in the living room, her eyes lit up, and she asked with a smile, "Oh, Mo Chi, when did you arrive?"
She noticed that everyone else looked unwell, so she asked, "What's wrong with you all? Did something happen?"
Shen Minghui pointed at Mo Chi and said, "This kid actually has a fiancée, it's Qi Lin. Qi Lin's brother just came to our house. If Qi Hang hadn't told us, who knows how long he would have kept it a secret!"
"Fiancée?" Shi Jingman was stunned. She looked at Chu Rou, "Rou Rou, didn't you say that you and Mo Chi, you two..."
"Mom!" Mo Chi suddenly spoke up, "Please let me explain!"
