Chapter 201 I Want to Take Back the Shares from Mo Yuan

Chapter 201 I Want to Take Back the Shares from Mo Yuan

Mo Anbang returned home with a dark expression and locked himself in his study.

There were crackling and clanging noises inside.

The maid heard this and went to find Qiao Siying.

Qiao Siying stood at the door of the study and waited until there was no sound inside before gently knocking.

After a long time, the study door finally opened. Mo Anbang's shirt was half inside his pants and half outside, with several buttons missing and his collar wide open.

His cheek was cut, and the blood that had flowed out had already congealed.

Qiao Siying stared wide-eyed at Mo Anbang in astonishment, "Honey, what happened?"

Mo Anbang stepped forward and hugged Qiao Siying tightly, his voice trembling, "Yingying, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry to you and Xiao Chi."

"I'm stupid, I'm dumb, I'm a big fool who's been fooled."

Qiao Siying's mind was blank; she didn't know what was wrong with Mo Anbang. His muscles were tense, making her body ache. She softened her voice, "Husband, what have you done to me? Have you been keeping another woman?"

“No,” Mo Anbang said with a wry smile, “no woman outside can compare to you.”

He released Qiao Siying, his warm hand touching her face. Mo Anbang looked at her with a guilty expression. "I've made you suffer too much over the years. I'm not a good man."

Qiao Siying glared at him. "I've known for twenty-three years that you're a ruthless and coercive person, you've never been a good person."

Mo Anbang pulled Qiao Siying into his arms again, saying, "Forcing you to marry me was the best thing I ever did in my life."

"Call Xiaoyan and Xiaochi back in a bit, I have something to tell them."

Qiao Siying nodded, "Then I'll call Qianqian and Rourou and ask them to come back."

Mo Anbang put his arm around Qiao Siying and walked towards the bedroom. "Come with me to change your clothes first."

Chu Rou was taken aback when she received Qiao Siying's call. They had just returned yesterday, and today she was being asked to come back to the old house again. "Okay, Auntie, Mo Chi and I will be there right away."

Chu Rou put down her phone and went to the study to find Mo Chi.

Mo Chi was organizing the files on his computer, compressed a folder, and sent it to Shen Yan.

Chu Rou pushed open the door and went in. "Mo Bao, your mother called and asked us to come back to the old house. It seems she has something to tell us."

Mo Chi raised an eyebrow. Was this not what he was thinking? Had things progressed so quickly?

He was getting impatient.

“Let’s go now.” Mo Chi stood up.

The two arrived at the old house quickly.

Mo Yan and Yuan Qian arrived shortly afterward.

Mo Anbang only called his two sons to the study.

Mo Chi and Mo Yan entered the study, somewhat surprised to find that everything inside had been changed and was completely different from yesterday.

"Dad, why have you changed all the tables, chairs, and sofas here?" Mo Chi asked jokingly as he walked around. "Did you smash them all?"

Mo Anbang glanced at his youngest son, instinctively wanting to scold him, but thinking of the debt he had owed him over the years, he swallowed the words that were on the tip of his tongue.

He said to Mo Yan at the very back, "Xiao Yan, close the door and lock it."

Mo Yan paused as he closed the door, glanced at Mo Anbang, and then obediently locked the door.

Mo Chi sat on the sofa, crossed his legs, and joked again, "Dad, are you being so serious because you're going to divide the inheritance between me and my older brother?"

Mo Yan sat down next to the ink pond. "Little Pond, don't talk nonsense."

Why is his younger brother talking so much more and more?

Mo Anbang wasn't angry; his expression was serious. "After you all came of age, each of you received 5% of the shares in the Mo Group, including Mo Yuan. I now want to take those shares back. Do you have any ideas on how to do that?"

After listening, Mo Yan suddenly raised his head. He wasn't stupid. Yesterday, Mo Chi had hinted at things to them, and he had been pondering it. Did his father's sudden words today mean that he had confirmed it?

Mo Chi stroked his chin, a slight smile playing on his lips, and tentatively asked, "Dad, have you completely disowned Mo Yuan as your son?"

"Stop asking nonsense," Mo Anbang's face darkened, "Just think of a solution."

Mo Chi shrugged. "There's nothing we can do unless he voluntarily transfers his shares to you, but that possibility is practically zero."

"There's one more thing I forgot to tell you. Deng Fei wants to divorce Mo Yuan and is preparing to file for divorce. The lawyer she hired is my brother-in-law, Shen Yan."

"If you want to get your shares back, you'd better hurry, Shen Yan is eager to make money!"

Mo Anbang glared at Mo Chi, "I do want it to be quick, but there has to be a way."

Mo Chi glanced at Mo Yan, "Big brother, what are you thinking?"

Mo Yan narrowed his eyes. "Just make him sign it. While he's lying in the hospital and his assistant has taken the fall for him, he doesn't have anyone else he can rely on right now."

"Great idea!" Mo Chi gave a thumbs up. "It has to be my older brother, so straightforward."

Mo Yan snorted coldly, then looked at Mo Anbang, "Dad, what about Jiang Simin?"

“Jiang Simin,” Mo Anbang said emphatically, “and the Jiang family, take it slow.”

Mo Anbang said to Mo Chi, "Have Rou Rou come up here immediately and prepare a share transfer agreement. I need Mo Yuan to sign it tonight."

Chu Rou arrived and, in front of the Mo family father and son, directly typed out an equity transfer agreement. After carefully checking it and finding no problems, she printed out three copies.

"Uncle Mo, do you think this is acceptable?"

Mo Anbang glanced at it and nodded. "Okay."

He picked up the share transfer agreement, assigned tasks to both Mo Yan and Mo Chi, and then hurriedly left the old house for the hospital.

In the hospital, Mo Yuan didn't move at all; his whole body ached.

Jiang Simin never came back after leaving, and Deng Fei never showed up either. He sent messages to Deng Fei, but there was no response.

Just as I was getting agitated, the door to the ward was pushed open.

When Mo Anbang appeared in the ward, Mo Yuan's eyes lit up. He wanted to call him "Dad," but he groaned in pain.

"Don't move," Mo Anbang said, his eyes filled with heartache. He sat by the hospital bed and frowned. "Who did you offend? How dare they treat you so cruelly?"

Mo Yuan wanted to say it was Mo Chi and Chu Rou, but he was too anxious to say it. He wanted to type on his phone, but Mo Anbang took Mo Yuan's phone first. "Your eyes are swollen, so don't play on your phone. I'll put it away for you and give it back to you when the swelling goes down."

Mo Yuan: ...

He had no interest in playing on his phone; even the slightest movement of his ribs hurt.

The key point is that he's already thirty years old, and his phone was still confiscated?

Mo Anbang straightened his expression. "Xiao Yuan, there's something important I need to tell you."

Mo Yuanqiang opened one eye and looked at Mo Anbang with a puzzled expression, then grunted in acknowledgment, signaling him to continue.

“Deng Fei is preparing to file for divorce,” Mo Anbang sighed. “You were in the wrong first, and Deng Fei will definitely take half of your assets.”

Mo Yuan hummed in agreement for a long time, but unfortunately, he couldn't utter a single curse.

Mo Anbang pretended not to understand, "Don't worry, you're not able to move around easily right now, so I'll help you transfer most of your assets. You can transfer the Mo Group shares to me first, and then I'll transfer them to you after you get divorced."
