Chapter 94 Do you need to see a psychologist?
The waiter then came over to deliver the food, placing the hot drinks and desserts in order, and finally putting the steak in front of her.
"Ah..." the waiter made a sound while gesturing as if cutting a steak, indicating that he was asking Chu Rou if she needed a plate-cutting service.
Chu Rou was annoyed and too lazy to gesture, so she said, "No need, thank you!"
The waiter stood there dumbfounded for a while before leaving, his face flushed.
The voice sounded just like his wife's. Mo Chi turned around and saw a large tiger-head hat.
Huh? It's the woman who just walked past him. He thinks the hat she's wearing is nice; it would look cute on his wife.
We can ask her where she bought it later; he's going to buy one for his wife.
"Hey, Mo Chi, are you even listening to me?" The woman opposite Mo Chi suddenly raised her voice.
Chu Rou gritted her teeth as she cut the steak. She treated the steak like an inkwell, first dislocating his legs, then cutting off his arms, and then chopping up his penis to make him cheat on her!
She picked up a piece of steak, put it in her mouth, and chewed it vigorously.
Mo Chi's tone was already very impatient, "Don't bother me if you don't have anything to say, just leave!"
Upon hearing this, Chu Rou exclaimed, "Wow, he's quite a scumbag!"
"You're really discarding me after I've served my purpose!" The woman opposite Mo Chi stood up. "Resolve my family matters as soon as possible, or I'll go find your sweetheart!"
"Okay, now get out of here!" Mo Chi chased the person away.
Mo Chi finished his coffee, put on his coat, turned around, and walked to Chu Rou's side. "Excuse me, where did you buy this hat?"
Chu Rou was furious, and she didn't expect Mo Chi to still have the mind to ask about the hat. She also wanted to find him and get to the bottom of things.
He took off his hat and threw it at Mo Chi, saying, "Here you go. I don't deserve a red hat; I only deserve a green one."
Mo Chi caught the tiger-head hat and was stunned. He bent down to look at Chu Rou's face.
Holy crap! It really is his wife.
"Rou Rou? Wife?" Mo Chi pulled Chu Rou up and hugged her tightly. "Am I dreaming?"
Chu Rou was still holding a knife and fork. When Mo Chi kissed her, she placed the knife and fork between them, saying, "Don't come any closer!"
Mo Chi was stunned. Only then did he realize that Chu Rou's emotions were not right. Her eyes were red and she looked indignant.
He patted his forehead, as if he had just realized something, "Honey, have you misunderstood something?"
"What did I misunderstand?" Chu Rou bit her lip and stared at Mo Chi. "I misunderstood that you were dating other women in private, that you had a child with another woman, that you started a relationship and then abandoned me, that you are a big liar?"
Mo Chi was stunned. "When did I have a child with someone? How could I have started something and then abandoned it? When did I lie to you?"
"As for private dates, that doesn't count. Deng Qian and I are just friends. She contacted me about something."
"Hmm?" Chu Rou blinked, a tear rolling down her cheek. "Haven't had a baby? You mean, three months along?"
"Oh, this!" Mo Chi touched his nose and cleared his throat guiltily. "I'll explain slowly when we get back."
Chu Rou pouted and pointed at his nose with her fork, "You're a big liar if you're hiding something from me."
Mo Chi tilted his head back, as if afraid of getting his nose pierced by a fork.
"It's just a small matter, let's go home and talk about it."
Mo Chi tried to pull Chu Rou away, but Chu Rou avoided him, saying, "Where are you going? I'm hungry, I haven't finished my steak yet!"
Chu Rou sat back down in her chair and began to eat.
Mo Chi sat opposite Chu Rou, watching her eat intently.
"Honey, why didn't you tell me you were coming? I could have come to pick you up."
Chu Rou glared at him, "If I told you, how would I ever see your true colors?"
Mo Chi was afraid that Chu Rou would get angry, and he didn't want to be kicked out again. "Wife, Deng Qian and I really have nothing to do with each other. I'm telling you everything."
Chu Rou didn't know whether she should believe Mo Chi, but after calming down and thinking about it carefully, she realized that he and that woman had no physical contact and their tone of voice didn't sound like lovers.
"Now tell me, what have you been hiding from me?"
"Deng Qian is a psychologist." After saying this, Mo Chi looked at Chu Rou, somewhat reluctant to continue.
Chu Rou was startled. "Are you mentally unstable? Do you need to see a psychologist?"
“I’m perfectly normal,” Mo Chi said, also amazed by Chu Rou’s thought process. “It was He Wei. I introduced Deng Qian to He Wei, and he received treatment from Deng Qian.”
"You scared me to death," Chu Rou glared at Mo Chi. "What is there to hide from me? Are you afraid that if He Wei gets better, I will still be with him? I broke up with him not because of his illness."
“I didn’t think that way. You’re my wife now,” Mo Chi snorted. “I just don’t want to mention this man in front of you anymore.”
Chu Rou glanced at him, thinking, "What is this family matter that Deng Qian mentioned?"
"That's a long story, we'll talk about it in detail when we get back."
Chu Rou nodded.
Now that her worries were resolved, Chu Rou enjoyed her food and quickly finished everything she had ordered.
Mo Chi smiled and asked, "Are you full?"
Chu Rou nodded. "Go pay the bill."
"Yes, my dear wife!"
Mo Chi took out his supplementary card and handed it to the waiter to swipe; he was now used to using this card.
After paying the bill, Chu Rou put on her coat, took out the dragon-head hat from the bag and put it on Mo Chi, then put on the tiger-head hat herself. "Let's go!"
Mochi:......
That hat doesn't quite match his clothes; it looks a bit silly!
But he dared to refuse. The two of them, one tall and one short, wearing exaggerated hats, attracted a lot of attention when they walked down the street.
Mo Chi kept his head down, feeling extremely embarrassed, afraid of running into someone he knew.
What you fear most is what comes to pass.
"Sister Chu Rou, is that you?"
Qi Lin suddenly appeared in front of the two of them, also wearing a tiger-head hat.
"Qi Lin?" Chu Rou was excited when she saw Qi Lin. She touched Qi Lin's hat and said, "Our hats are the same!"
“Yes!” Qi Lin also touched Chu Rou’s hat. “Sister Chu Rou, you look so cute in this.”
"You're cute too!"
After exchanging pleasantries with Chu Rou, Qi Lin went to look at Mo Chi. What she saw made her burst into laughter. "Mo Chi, hahaha, that hat you're wearing is hilarious!"
"Funnier than my brother!"
Mo Chi maintained a dark expression throughout, avoiding looking at Qi Lin.
"Is your brother here too?" Chu Rou asked.
Qi Lin wiped away the tears of laughter, pointed behind her, and said, "He's over there!"
Following the direction Qi Lin pointed, Chu Rou and Mo Chi saw Qi Hang standing out in the crowd, wearing the same tiger-head hat as Qi Lin.
Mo Chi chuckled and strode towards Qi Hang.
Chu Rou pursed her lips, suppressing a laugh, and walked over with Qi Lin.
Mo Chi patted Qi Hang on the shoulder, "Brother Qi, it looks quite festive!"
