Su Yuxi hesitated for only two seconds before grabbing the horizontal bar of the ladder, using it as leverage to leap up nimbly.
When she peered out of the cruise ship, she was greeted not by crew members, but by several cold gun barrels.
The gun barrels gleamed coldly in the sunlight.
Su Yuxi's heart trembled twice. One hand took the opportunity to reach out and grab her arm, pulling her up with an irresistible force.
Before she could thank him, the man rudely threw her to the ground.
She lost her balance and fell directly to the ground, her delicate palms scraping red from the hard deck.
Su Yuxi cried out in pain and looked up, about to scold him, when she saw a man not far away, strolling leisurely toward her.

The man faltered, his movements faltering slightly. His expression darkened as he stared into the wary eyes, a mocking smile playing on his lips: "Are you sure you don't want to reveal who's behind you?"
Although the encounter scenes she created were quite original, they were too contrived and therefore uninteresting.
