Chapter 17 The dead man pinched and bit her.

But the man reacted quickly; before her feet even touched a corner of his clothes, she vanished like a ghost.

In this dark environment, she couldn't see very clearly, but she felt that the dangerous man was definitely hiding in some corner, but she couldn't sense his presence.

The man was as elusive as a ghost, leaving her feeling incredibly confused and uneasy.

As she was pondering, a sharp gust of wind came from behind her. She reacted quickly, her toes lightly moving to the side like a dragonfly skimming the water, skillfully avoiding the unexpected attack.

She thought she could dodge it easily, but the man seemed to have anticipated her movements. Before she could even stand firmly, she was firmly restrained.

Although she is fast, strength is her weakness.

Especially the back of her neck, which was gripped tightly by a large hand like an iron clamp. That was where her pulse point was located. Gripping her pulse point was tantamount to holding her life in the balance.

Su Yuxi froze instantly, afraid that he might snap her neck with a single force.

In life, those who know when to yield are the wise ones. It's not worth risking your life for such a trivial matter.

She immediately raised her hands, lowered her posture, and begged for forgiveness repeatedly: "Big brother, please... I was wrong, I didn't mean to come in. If I accidentally trespassed on your property, I apologize..."

She didn't know if the person behind her heard her soft plea for mercy, but she could feel them slowly approaching her.

Surrounded by the man's strong masculine scent, just when she thought her reputation was about to be ruined, the man stopped when he was only a few centimeters away from her.

A few seconds later, his head slowly tilted forward, his hot breath spraying onto her neck, stirring up the fine hairs on her skin. The man seemed to sniff her neck, and after confirming that she posed no threat, he loosened his grip on her neck.

Just when she thought the man would let her go, a sharp pain shot through her shoulder.

This man... is biting her.

As soon as the blood was drawn, a faint smell of blood filled the air. Before she could even scream, her body was lifted high into the air and flung out by a force of gravity. Her body flew in an arc through the air before landing steadily on the soft bed.

Before she could struggle, a thin blanket instantly enveloped her from above. In a dizzying moment, she was forcibly wrapped in the blanket by the man, her limbs completely bound, rendering her unable to move.

The man then took out a ribbon and tied her up completely, leaving her no chance to struggle. Her intuition told her that she was probably going to play ball with him today.

"You...you better not do anything reckless, can't we talk this out?"

She was met with silence.

Su Yuxi closed her eyes, tears streaming down her face as she screamed inwardly. An unprecedented despair welled up within her, and she deeply regretted running around aimlessly and not following Qianqian to see the man.

Now... tonight I'm afraid I'll become someone else's meal.

However, she waited for a long time but did not see the man make any move.

It seems he simply tied himself up, threw himself on the other side of the bed, and then did nothing more.

She quietly opened her eyes and saw that tall figure standing still by the bed, his two dark pupils staring coldly at her, making her scalp tingle and her skin crawl.

"Big brother, just say what you're going to do, don't look at me like that, okay?" The man was panicking; if he was going to kill or torture someone, couldn't it be done quickly?

After more than ten minutes, the figure next to him finally made a move.

She keenly sensed that one side of the bed had sunk inwards, indicating that the man had definitely lay down.

Su Yuxi was cursing in her heart. Her martial arts skills were really not high. Her most useful skills were her innate charm and her ability to run away. Now that she was trapped, she couldn't run away even if she wanted to. Her remaining charm was also useless in this dark environment.

Waaaaah... If she had known humans were this dangerous, she would have fought tooth and nail to practice more moves with Azu.

Sigh... In the end, I suffered the consequences of being lazy.

Just when she thought the man was going to do *that* to her, she heard the sound of even breathing; the man opposite her had fallen asleep.

Su Yuxi's mind was filled with questions. This process seemed wrong: she was dragged in and tied up like this, and then she was just brought here to sleep with someone?

In the darkness, her eyes sparkled like stars, lively and cunning. The man had just fallen asleep, so she certainly wouldn't make any rash moves. She would wait until he was asleep even more soundly before taking action.

She waited and waited, and time passed quietly. She didn't know how much time had passed when she heard hurried footsteps outside the door, as if many people were walking this way. Her heart raced, and a smile appeared on her lips. It must be that Qianqian had discovered that she was missing and sent people to look for her.

She suppressed her excitement, wanting to wait until the person got closer before calling out, but the footsteps around her grew fainter and fainter until they disappeared completely, as if no one had ever been there before.

Now she panicked and wanted to yell, but she was afraid of waking the people next to her, so she could only slowly twist her body to the edge of the bed like a caterpillar.

Her movements were extremely light and subtle. When she finally managed to move to the side, fine beads of sweat appeared on her forehead. She dared not move any further. After resting for a while and confirming that the person next to her showed no signs of waking up, Su Yuxi struggled to do several sit-ups. It wasn't until the tenth that she was able to sit up, and she was panting heavily from exhaustion.

She vowed that once she got out, she would definitely work out and wouldn't give up until she had eight-pack abs.

After resting for a while, she gently put her feet on the ground, carefully stood up, and only after confirming that the person on the bed would not wake up did she hop and skip towards the door.

She jumped over and realized that the door had no handle; this broken door required a fingerprint to unlock and get out.

Su Yuxi stared at the bare door... She wanted to curse, she wanted to kill someone.

After a bout of lamentation, unable to leave, she could only hop back in. This time, she dared not return to the bed. She hopped around the house and found a sofa to sit on.

The situation before her made her realize that she couldn't leave as long as the man didn't wake up.

After all that trouble, she was exhausted, both physically and mentally. Now she could only hope that Wan Qianqian would notice she was missing, or that she would find a way to help her when the sun came out tomorrow.

My mind was too tired, and I fell asleep while thinking.

A bright moon hung high in the night sky outside, while inside, two people breathed softly and quietly. A few stars twinkled in the night sky, watching over the moon.

The next day, when it was broad daylight, the room was still pitch black.

Su Yuxi woke up and opened her eyes to find it still pitch black. She instinctively felt that it was still dark. She closed her eyes and turned over, wanting to sleep a little longer, but her inability to move made her brain freeze for a few seconds. Suddenly, she remembered what happened last night.

She was still wrapped in the blanket, and the person in the bed was still asleep.

She didn't know how much time had passed, but judging from her energy level, she had definitely had a night's rest.
