Wang Xinru sneered inwardly. Not a single girl was missing from the dormitory, yet she actually believed other people's lies and thought someone had really fallen into the water, so she went to the river bend to check.

She waited, knowing that the man would eventually slip up.
The next day, while everyone was in the watermelon field, they suddenly saw several vehicles drive into the Fengshou Brigade. Wenxi knew that Qin Mi must have arrived.
If Chang Hua were to watch helplessly as what she wanted was taken away by those above, Wen Xi wondered what would become of her. Just thinking about it made Wen Xi feel incredibly gratified.
"Something's wrong, something's wrong, Sister Wenxi!" Suddenly Zhao Yuanyuan ran over, waving her arms as she ran. "Sister Wenxi, someone's here to investigate you. You'd better go back and check it out quickly."

Shen Jiaojiao and Jiang Yue both looked worried, but Wen Xi wasn't worried because this was her and Qin Mi's plan, and she had to pretend to be completely unaware of it.
When the three arrived at their doorstep, they found it already surrounded by layers of people. Wenxi hadn't expected that everyone would skip work and come over to watch the spectacle.
"Make way, let us through, make way!" Wenxi shouted from behind the crowd.
When everyone saw the three parties involved return, they quickly made way for them, and Wenxi and the others were able to reach the courtyard gate smoothly. There, they saw Qin Mi standing by the gate with about ten staff members.

If some things aren't made clear beforehand, what if those people behind us just stomp on their beds, rummage through their belongings, and throw them on the floor?
Qin Mi nodded. "I can assure you of that; they will absolutely not destroy anything." As he spoke, he glanced at each of the people, and everyone nodded in response to Qin Mi's signal.

Wen Xi took out her key, opened the courtyard gate, and let Qin Mi and the others in.

The surrounding villagers said, "Chang Hua is disgusting. She retaliates when people don't agree to her demands. Who will dare to talk to her in the future? They might get reported for it."

On the other side, Chang Hua was overjoyed to hear that someone was investigating Wen Xi and the others. She felt that even God was helping her. Once Wen Xi and the other two were taken away, she could come and go as she pleased, and no one would be able to control her.
It turned out that everyone thought she had reported Wenxi to get revenge on her. Chang Hua was anxious to go and check the situation. She couldn't take the blame for someone else. Maybe Wenxi had offended others too!
However, before Chang Hua could get there, Liu Darong dragged her behind a tree, grabbing her neck with both hands. "Didn't you say I was going to marry Wang Xinru soon?"
"Didn't I teach you the method? As long as you do as I say, you'll soon be able to marry a beautiful and rich wife." Chang Hua said, frowning and breathing slightly labored.
