Chapter 2 A Sad Family

Liu Chunhua left, leaving Jiang Ruyi alone in the cabin.

Although the quilt was very old, it was very warm. The edge of the quilt had a yellowish color due to age, and the air was filled with a damp smell.

Judging from the sound of Liu Chunhua's footsteps when she left the house, this house should not be very big.

The original book wrote that after Liu Chunhua gave birth to a dead baby, she became depressed, and her scumbag father had a hold on her life, bringing it up every now and then, and it was useless to dislike her for being unlucky.

In the end, Liu Chunhua, who worked in a textile factory, contracted tuberculosis and died. She thought she could go to accompany her child who had died that year, but she didn't know that Jiang Ruyi was still suffering in the world.

When they are alive, two people don’t know each other’s relationship even when they face each other. When they die, they miss each other.

I don't know what will happen if she appears...

It's daybreak.

Jiang Ruyi could already see some light faintly.

The rain should have stopped, but Liu Chunhua hasn't come back yet.

She was just born and slept too much, so she couldn't hold on and fell asleep.

When she woke up, she actually heard a "bleating" sound.

sheep?

As far as I can remember, the Jiang family doesn't have this thing.

The little money Liu Chunhua earned was squandered by her scumbag father, and it cost a lot of work points to bring back a sheep from the production team.

Then, someone pushed open the door.

Liu Chunhua?

"Yeah." Liu Chunhua responded in a muffled voice. She was fiddling with something outside the door and it took her a while to step into the room.

Where did the sheep come from?

Liu Chunhua did not answer immediately, but looked at the door, saw the female goat tied to the pillar, and sighed.

What's wrong?

Jiang Ruyi had a bad feeling. They were not in the back mountain?

"Yes, yes." Liu Chunhua sat on the stool, poured herself a glass of water, and relaxed for a long time.

She was so slow that Jiang Ruyi was almost anxious. Then she heard Liu Chunhua say, "They tricked me into thinking I was a three-year-old child, saying I was helping herd sheep."

Who is such a good person that he would herd sheep in a wild cemetery in the middle of the night?

Besides, that widow was half-naked. If she hadn’t seen them, she would have taken off all her clothes!

What could she do? Firstly, divorce was not popular these days, and secondly, the child was still young. Most importantly, Liu Chunhua couldn't understand why she was trafficked to Wayao Village at the age of twelve. Although she was young and had escaped several times, she was caught every time.

But later she accepted her fate and treated Jiang Chao wholeheartedly for more than ten years, doing his laundry, cooking, and giving birth to his children. She didn't believe that Jiang Chao would really abandon her and get together with Widow Zhang.

Jiang Ruyi blinked her clear eyes, and could only make "yayaya" sounds by moving her mouth. So, so what happened?

Listening to the child's questions in her mind, Liu Chunhua sighed again, "Don't worry about it, just get by as long as you can!"

She stood up, her legs trembling, her pants already soaked with blood.

Even so, Liu Chunhua, with a pale face, still dragged her tired body to the kitchen, took out a porcelain bowl, and went to the goat to squeeze milk. "Mother is weak and has no milk to feed you. Although they chased me away, at least mother brought this goat back for you."

The bleating of sheep and the sound of milk dripping flowed into Jiang Ruyi's ears. She was so angry that she kicked her legs.

So it is confirmed that her mother is love-brained. Even after all this, she is still reluctant to divorce. Does she have to let that pair of dogs ride on her head and shit on her?

Liu Chunhua was not listening as she was milking. She had just given birth and had not had a rest yet. Her eyes were dull and she was just repeating the mechanical movements in her hands.

She was in a trance when a man approached the gate of the courtyard.

He had short hair and a delicate face. He wore a gray shirt and overalls of the same color, and a pair of brand new rubber shoes with a little yellow mud on the edges.

Watching Liu Chunhua milking, the small porcelain bowl was almost full.

He bent down and was about to snatch it away.

"What are you doing?" Liu Chunhua suddenly came to her senses and subconsciously slapped Jiang Chao's hand away, "This is for my daughter to drink!"

Jiang Chao retracted his hand and said with a playful smile, "Just drink some porridge, little girl. It would be a waste to feed her such precious food."

Liu Chunhua's eyes were red and swollen. She looked at Jiang Chao, furious. "That's your daughter, not someone you picked up. How dare you snatch her milk when you're not at home!"

After saying that, Liu Chunhua took the porcelain bowl and went back to the house.

Jiang Chao snorted in dissatisfaction, "I told you to let the baby go freely, believe it or not, the baby has no milk to drink, who should I blame? It's you who are so dry that you can't squeeze out two drops of water!"

"you!"

Liu Chunhua was originally just angry, but when she heard her husband mocking her like that, her face turned pale and she felt both ashamed and angry.

However, Liu Chunhua just stared at Jiang Chao, as if her gaze could turn into substance and cut Jiang Chao into pieces.

Jiang Ruyi made some noises, feeling sickened by her scumbag father's words.

Why don’t you fight now?

Mom, believe me, if the tiger doesn’t show its power, he will only think you are a sick cat, weak and can be bullied!

Jiang Ruyi knew that Liu Chunhua could hear it, and she knew the plot like the back of her hand. She hated this scumbag father to the core. He was a bully who only feared the strong and bullied the weak!

Liu Chunhua looked back at her daughter waving her little paws, and with a determined heart, she slammed the porcelain bowl on the table, and some goat milk spilled out from the edge.

What else was there for her to disbelieve? She had given birth to two children before, but neither was as miraculous as this girl, who could speak since she was in the womb.

Although she was the only one who could hear these words, she felt that this child was a little god given to her by God because God saw that she was having too much fun!

With a "bang".

Jiang Chao shuddered with fear.

"You are possessed by a ghost!" He looked at his wife's gloomy face, as if she wanted to eat someone, and suddenly felt strange.

Liu Chunhua picked up a stool and threw it at Jiang Chao, "You can only feed the three children. Have you ever taken care of their poop and pee? Have you ever pinched a piece of fruit candy for them? Your conscience has been eaten by a dog!"

Jiang Chao was chased and ran away with his head in his hands, "You crazy woman, you dare to hit me, I gave you too much to eat... Ouch, it hurts, stop hitting me..."

Liu Chunhua was weak, so she couldn't beat Jiang Chao up, but he screamed as if he was about to be killed.

Jiang Ruyi really couldn't see the exciting scene, otherwise she would have sat up and applauded.

Unfortunately, the tragic situation did not last long. A boy about thirteen or fourteen years old came in, glanced at the two of them, and walked straight into the inner room without saying a word.

Liu Chunhua followed the boy's gaze and stopped what she was doing.

Jiang Chao covered his head and looked over, "Boss, where are you going?"

A boy with a pale face and black dust on his nose soon came out again, holding a handful of food coupons in his hand.

"Boss! What are you doing?"

In response to Liu Chunhua's question, the boy replied in a muffled voice, "If you lose the cricket fight, you have to pay."

Jiang Ruyi, who was in the cradle, frowned slightly. Thinking carefully, she realized that she had two older brothers.

The boss was addicted to gambling and was briefly mentioned as a fugitive in the book.

Although the second brother was timid, he was extremely proud and would take action if he was not satisfied. Later, he stabbed someone and was sent to jail.

Oh my God, why did she have to be born in such an unlucky family? It's so leaky from all directions, it's like hell!
