Chapter 80 Father and Son
Shao Leyan held Fu Xingchen's hand and was about to walk out of the transition room, but Fu Xingchen held his waist and prevented him from leaving.
She turned around and looked at Fu Xingchen in confusion and asked, "What's wrong?"

Shao Leyan gently rubbed Mu Jiaojiao's head and comforted her with a smile.
"Thank you for worrying about me," she glanced at Mu Jinsheng who was standing aside without saying a word, "and thank you for helping me."
Mu Jinsheng shook his head honestly, "Don't thank me, I wasn't of much help."
Fu Xingchen suddenly interrupted, "If it weren't for you, Lu Chuchen might not be willing to get involved in this matter. Although you couldn't go, you're not completely useless."
Mu Jinsheng: "City Lord Fu, you are too kind to me. My wife was abducted in the Central City. It is only natural for Chuchen to rescue her. I am glad that she is okay."
The four people were being polite to each other, and finally Mu Sheng, who came over at some point, broke the awkward atmosphere.
"How long are you going to stand at the door? Jinsheng, please invite City Lord Fu and his wife in."
