As soon as Sanyi landed, Jiang Cheng walked out without hesitation. He'd given her the chance, but Xu Ya hadn't seized it. He couldn't be blamed for breaking the rules.
A cruel smile played on his lips; he wouldn't let anyone who had hurt his lover and son get away with it.

Exhausted, Xu Ya finally shouted those words, then collapsed to the ground, too weak to support herself.

Turning around, his gaze remained unchanged; Jiang Cheng's imposing aura both captivated and terrified Xu Ya.
"Su Qing and the others are in the Northwest."
As she spoke these words with her head down, a hint of cold mockery flashed in Xu Ya's eyes.
Jiang Cheng was his obsession; he wanted to elope with that bitch Su Qing—a pipe dream.
