The mother-in-law looked up at the second-floor window and sighed in disdain, "He's writing again. What's the point of writing? It doesn't make any money. None of the articles he submitted were even picked up by the newspapers, and he's still writing articles for the newspapers all day long. He doesn't even have something else to do."
My father-in-law was fiddling with flowers and plants and didn't say anything.

My father-in-law and mother-in-law were so angry that they almost fainted.

The mother-in-law was so angry that her face turned red and her neck was thick. She couldn't speak and could only rush over and beat Yang Shucong.

The father-in-law picked up a broom from the roadside and hit Yang Shucong with it.
