Chapter 131 Young Master, Time to Take Your Medicine

Although it was just a side profile, he looked familiar. Wasn't that the blind man from earlier?

It's interesting that his younger brother is in love with a blind man.

Su Ping couldn't help but sneeze as soon as she entered the ward, almost spilling the water she was holding.

Who insulted her?

"Ah Yu, where's Brother Qi?"

Chen Qi was nowhere to be seen in the ward. After listening to her words, Shen Jiayu said, "He just received a phone call. It seems that a patient needed to talk to him about something, so he left first."

Sitting to the side, Chen Silan was dumbfounded as she listened to his serious nonsense.

My uncle is such a grown man, yet he still lies. He was the one who chased Uncle Qi away because he found him annoying, but in his mouth, it became that Uncle Qi left on his own.

Why did you take so long?

After watching Su Ping divide the oral medication, Shen Jiayu muttered something under his breath.

"I met an uncle with poor eyesight, so I helped him up."

Reason told him that the excuse was a bit far-fetched, but Su Ping's serious demeanor made him start to doubt himself.

Seeing that he didn't move, Su Ping sighed and held the water glass to his lips.

"Come on, Dalang, it's time to drink your medicine."

Only after she said it did she realize what she had said. Shen Jiayu looked at her with a puzzled expression: "Dalang?"

"I've been watching too many TV dramas lately, and I've gotten a little too into them."

Su Ping pried open his mouth, stuffed all the medicine in her hand into it, and then poured a mouthful of water down his throat—surprisingly, it went smoothly.

"It's getting late, I'll head back now."

Su Ping patted the medicine residue off her hands and glanced at the time; it was already almost 9:30 PM.

Aren't you going to stay with me at the hospital?

Shen Jiayu propped himself up on the bed and looked at her pitifully.

It's just gastroenteritis, you're not going to die anytime soon, do you expect me to stay and keep vigil for you?

Su Ping thought to herself, but didn't show it on her face: "Ayu, isn't Silan here with you? I have some things to do back home, I'll come to the hospital to pick you up tomorrow morning."

After much pleading and persuasion, Shen Jiayu finally agreed to let her go.

In a ward on another floor, Yun Jintian looked at Yun Zhen, who was noticeably more docile, and frequently glanced at Yun Qi.

What did these two say to become so harmonious?

When Yun Zhen's phone rang for the fourth time, before he could hang up, Yun Jintian waved for the two of them to leave.

"I'm fine now. The doctor said I need to rest for a while and see how it goes. Don't bother me these next few days unless it's absolutely necessary."

Yun Zhen nodded hurriedly. Just as she was about to leave the ward to answer the phone, Yun Jintian's voice rang out from behind her: "If you have nothing to do, learn from your brother how to manage the company. Don't just hold your phone all day and make calls."

Yun Qi walked ahead, and Yun Zhen, who was following silently behind, suddenly grabbed his arm.

"What's up?"

Yun Zhen looked around with a smile on her face: "Don't be in such a hurry to leave. I just saw the girl on your wallpaper."

Yun Qi's brow twitched: "So what? If you dare to touch her, just wait for the Yun family to declare bankruptcy."

They really do know each other!

Yun Zhen excitedly grabbed his wrist, stepped forward, and whispered, "Why are you so excited? I mean, I just saw her in the lobby on the first floor."

Is the senior student injured?

Realizing this, Yun Qi shook off Yun Zhen's grip and strode towards the elevator.

As Yun Zhen watched his somewhat flustered back, her smile grew wider and wider.

This is interesting; it makes him realize that Yun Qi also has a weakness.

Su Ping had just taken out her phone to call Uncle Feng when she felt someone striding towards her from behind.

Before I could even turn around, I was hugged tightly from behind.

With people coming and going like this, are perverts really this brazen now?

Just as Su Ping reached for the pepper spray in her pocket, she heard a familiar voice.

"Senior, I'm so glad you're alright..."

Should something happen to her? Why would this little pervert curse her for no reason?

"Let me go first."

Su Ping sounded a little angry, and Yun Qi felt a pang of pain in his heart, releasing his grip on her.

What are you doing here?

Su Ping turned around, her gaze towards him full of wariness, as if she were looking at a stranger.

That's not how it works; it shouldn't be like that.

Yun Qi couldn't accept it. He had been so devoted to his senior before, how did things change like this?

But in the end, he changed the words he was about to say.

“My dad was in a car accident a while ago and is being hospitalized here for treatment.”

Su Ping nodded, ignoring the hurt look in his eyes, and turned on her phone to continue calling Uncle Feng. Just as the phone screen lit up, a loud thunderclap sounded overhead.

Su Ping was startled and almost dropped her phone. With such a loud clap of thunder, which scumbag had made that oath?

The rain followed, and after a few drops hit her head, she saw Yun Qi beside her quickly unbutton his suit jacket and take it off to cover her head.

"Senior, it's raining so hard, don't bother Uncle Feng. My car is parked over there, I'll take you home."

After he finished speaking, he pressed the car key in his hand, and sure enough, the black car parked not far away turned on in response.

Seeing that the rain was getting heavier, Su Ping stopped arguing with him and walked with him in that direction. After all, only a fool would want to get soaked in the rain.

After helping her into the passenger seat, Yun Qi opened the other door and got in.

Su Ping then realized that he was completely soaked; in such heavy rain, he hadn't bothered to cover himself at all.

Yun Qi grabbed a dry towel from the side and wiped his face, but his shirt underneath was already soaked, clinging tightly to his body and dripping water.

Su Ping thought he had gone dazed from the rain when she saw him not moving for a long time. She turned around and was about to speak when she saw him untying his shirt tie and buttons.

This...this...

Is this something she can watch without paying?

Su Ping watched as he quickly took off his shirt, and for a moment she forgot to look away.

How come he, a grown man, has such fair skin?

The key is that she has a good figure.

"Senior, don't look at me like that..."

Yun Qi grabbed a spare short-sleeved shirt from the car and put it over his head. Before he could pull it down, he leaned towards Su Ping.

"Otherwise, I won't be able to resist."

After Yun Qi finished speaking, he just stared at her with his eyes, as if he wanted to say something but hesitated.

Because of the rain, the boy's hair was a bit messy and tangled together, with water still dripping from the ends, making his face look wilder than usual. However, his big, puppy-dog eyes were full of innocence, making people want to reach out and ruffle his hair.

Thinking this, Su Ping raised her hand.

Under the boy's expectant gaze, he lowered his clothes again, and finally pulled up the hem of his shirt that the boy hadn't had time to pull down, covering him completely.
